Mike has been our technician for many years now, and always is awesome. Was especially pleased today for going above and beyond his typical quarterly spray. He discovered a nest of yellow jackets high up going in and out of the rafters that I had not previously noticed. After addressing those, he talked me through what I should do over the next week. The men that came were terrible they talked trash about my house. I havrnt been able to so anything in there due to the reason i needed them i was already upset and they made me feel worse. They also told my neighbors about the bugs in my house super embarrassing

The tech listened to our problems as well as our concerns. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain what to expect after treatment as well as things we should contact him about. All our creepy-crawlies are gone with no risk to my kids or pets!!! Amazing customer service as well! Highly recommend, they have flown under the radar for too long!

If Brent is your technician your gonna have serious ongoing issues. Apparently the yearly training doesn't apply to him.

When I bought my first home, I asked my previous landlord for a pest management recommendation. He is the type of man who does his research for the best price, service, and value, so I trust him. It's been a year since I've worked with this company for quarterly pest management, and I couldn't be happier! It's the type of company where there are PEOPLE at the other end of the line. Brent helped me with some invoice trouble, and Tyler is more than accommodating of our dogs and very sweet with them. I appreciate the good work they do, and will continue to use their services for quite a while!

I tried to hire them for a service. They took all the information advised they were going to help. Then the girl i was talking to abruptly says we cant help you out find another company. Extremely rude, not very professional. They don't want my service I will take it else where. Thanks for hearing me out lady that answered the phone! If customer service isn't for you maybe you shouldn't be answering the phones.

This company came to my apartment building in Minneapolis. Some tenants on the upper floors were having bedbug problems. My apartment, however, was isolated from the rest of the building (surrounded by concrete, not connected via ventilation, completely separate). They came in with a building manager one day to ask questions and do an inspection. I reported that I was bedbug free (I had never seen a live one in my life and had been checking my bedding out of paranoid ever since the word got out that they were on the upper floors), and they inspected my bedroom and the rest of the apartment and confirmed that there were NONE. They came out a week later to treat the rest of the tenants. I left my apartment for a short while at the end of the day, and when I returned, i found a piece of paper saying they had been in my apartment to "treat". On that paper it also said, again, that there were zero bugs seen in my apartment yet for some reason they had come into my bedroom with their equipment anyway. There was no notice or warning that they were going to enter, if I had been there I would have refused them entry. Why? Because they had just spent the ENTIRE DAY treating apartments that were infested on a high level with the disgusting bedbugs. Can you guess where this is going? Two nights later I woke with bites on me and one crawling across my pillow. These guys entered my apartment for no reason other then their hourly pay and gave me the worst infestation imaginable where before they came in I had a nice clean comfortable live-able home. Now I have already had to throw out all my bedding which was brand new, and will probably end up throwing out my expensive mattress as well as living in a nightmare until/if they can fix the problem they created. These guys are either complete fools who will introduce a problem that wasn't there or they are scammers who like to create business for themselves. Either way, do NOT use this company, they will end up being the ones using YOU.
