Tricia call around 7am extremely hysterical, while i was standing in line at Caribou. I told Tricia I was busy and needed to put her on hold while I paid for my MOCHA., This made Tricia extremely angry being put on hold, even though were trying to take care of Tricia's needs, while not open for business yet. When i asked her if she had any questions, she started complaining and calling me names about the Poor service we provided.<br>I told her, we are not able to help Tricia for a free inspection, as she lives out of Town and we do not provide FREE INSPECTIONS for out of towners. Furthermore, I told Tricia we cant help her and told her to call someone else in her area. The name calling and negativity Tricia displayed after we told her, "We can not help you", was scary. So we told her not to call us anymore, but she kept calling back, until we blocked her number. Then her husband started calling until we blocked his number too: all because we could not provide her with a FREE INSPECTION. We DO NOT PROVIDE FREE INSPECITON too someone out of town. Also, the information she provided indicated she does NOT have bed bugs.

Sorry you felt this way Nguyen. We do not remember talking with you Nguyen and we cant help everyone whom calls. WHY??? We only do Heat Treatments to Kill BEDBUGS, FLEAS, MOTHS & COACK ROACHES. We DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PESTICIDE TREATSMENTS for anyone, so we can not help lots of people whom call us. So, we try to end these calls soon, to help our paying customers get the best service possible.

WOW, I had no idea what was coming my way; i left my phone in my van running, something I will never do agian, as i went up to the house. Today I went to pick up my equipment and $$$$$$ MONEY Mark and Chad owed me from work i did few days ago at 1760 7th street East, St Paul. Mark a convicted FELON and recovery Drug addict, refused to pay me or return my equipment, instead he kept demanding I spray his property. I told Mark NO were not here to spray his property.. As i was talking to Chad, Mark went to my van and removed my keys from my running vehicle, Mark then threw the KEYS to Chad his business partner, whom he meet while in prison. My keys hit the tree and fell to the ground. I ran to get my keys, Mark SCHWARTZ jumped on my back and started choking me, I threw him off and started to run away, Mark chased me pushing me down the retaining wall, which created many cut marks on my leg, which started to bleed. Mark SCHWARTZ started telling me the next job i go to will be set up with him and his friends waiting for me to rob and shot me. I called the police and when the police showed up they said my leg was cut up pretty bad. The police did nothing, so i left; later i went back to the police department and got a case opened Case# 20-153-572. I did the job for $2,200.00 and only received $1,800.00, their lowest bid from Terminx was $3,500.00. When i pulled up, i found out Chad lied to me over the phone.<br>They have 11 people living in 3 bed room SOBER house and had bed bugs for over 9 months; MAKING THIS A NASTY JOB NOBODY WANTS TO DUE FOR LESS THAN $3,500.00..<br>POLICE REPORT # 20-153-572

This is the same job and same person as Joe Netsek<br>Bed Bug Guys have A+ Rating with the BBB and Angie’s List by providing great customer service and provide one of the longest warranties in the Industry 4 to 6 months. We ask everyone not to be at the job site (there home) while the work is going on. This is stated in writing in every contract before we start work, and is a common Industry standard. We are working in extremely hot temperatures, 120 to 140 degrees over long periods of times. FYI, brain damage starts at 105 degrees and death to humans starts at 130 degrees. Therefore, we are not able to answers anyone’s questions while working in these conditions. Apparently not everyone understands this, as l walked outside from working inside, a woman showed up and started asking questions and wanted to go inside to check out the Heat Treatment. I asked who she was, she stated she was the interpreter. We have a policy our customers LOVE, if we do not know whom someone is we say nothing. I told her she could go inside to check out the job but, I could not answer her questions right now. After coming back out, she stood less than 2 feet away from me insisting I answer all her question NOW. She was very, demanding and persistence. I kept asking her to Please leave me alone while I’m working.<br><br>Anyone whom knows the answer to whom dies at 130 degrees F. while others start to die at higher temperatures gets a Free Inspection or 2 month extended warranty on their next Heat Treatment..

Bed Bug Guys have A+ Rating with the BBB and Angie’s List by providing great customer service and provide one of the longest warranties in the Industry 4 to 6 months. Obviously, no one would be happy that found Bed Bugs in their house, especially after the Heat Treatment! These Bed Bugs are called walking wounded, Bed Bugs that were not exposed to the HIGH HEAT, are still dying. This can last 3-5 days after the Heat Treatment.. In rarer cases, people find live Bed Bugs after the heat treatment and these are not Walking Wounded, they survived threw the heat treatment or more likely were re-introduced by the occupants of the home after the heat treatment. In either of these cases, this would require another Treatment.<br>After telling Sawyer this, we never heard back from Sawyer again, because he never found another live bed bug.
