The company before them Misquito crush was easy to work with and knew what they were doing. Last year they charged me all year for treating a certain space and they sent the owner out n admitted they had not ever treated the space it's why I fought with problems. Then recently I requested an inspection and my card was charged, but no one ever came out. When I called on the second day, I was told I would receive a call about an hour before the technician arrived for a friday service (another day), but they could not give me any approximate time. The following Friday I waited at home until 12:50 PM with no update, so I called again. I explained that it’s unreasonable to expect someone to sit at home all day with no time estimate. Only then was I told that the technician—apparently the only one they have for this service—was not coming at all. This experience was extremely frustrating. My card was charged, I rearranged my schedule and waited for three days, and no service was provided and no proactive communication was given.

I can’t say enough good things about Pest Badger. From the very first interaction, their team was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They showed up on time, explained everything in plain language, and made sure all my concerns were addressed before getting started.

I didn't think that the insects were any less abundant than normal. The guys who came to do the spraying were great! But I paid on time and through the app, but this last time they sprayed they just took the money out of my account, I did not authorize this in any way at all!! So I will no longer have them come and spray again.

Th is my first experience with the service. The Tech did a great job. The company notified me that arrival would be between 11:00-1:00 the sday of treatment but the tech didn't show up until 5:00PM. The company needs to square this away, and I'm sure they will. Thanks, Jim
