Carl came out because we had a leak in our roof which I suspected was from an ice dam. Being a first time homeowner I had several questions, Carl answered all of them thoroughly without making me feel like I was being mansplained to. He was upfront about his (very reasonable) pricing and was not pushy about booking with him, even suggesting I take time to call around for other quotes if I wanted to. Carl ended up being able to come out the same day (on a Sunday!) and cleared our roof. He was kind, professional and quick! His estimate was right on the money. He gave us a few tips to prevent future issues too. Hopefully we won’t have to do this again, but if we do, we’d definitely call Carl at CatJo!

We called him at 5:30pm about an ice dam problem and he was able to come out the following day! He's honest about the price and will help you out as much as he can.

CatJo came out last summer to move our shed from one corner to another. They were friendly, hard-working, and tidy. We found out they did ice dam removal too so had them check out the roof one day, and they came back the next day to get it done! Excellent service!

Contacted Carl and he came out same day, went over the situation with me. He came back the next morning and cleared our ice jam. Very professional and courteous. Cleared our ice dam and took pictures for our insurance. Would definitely recommend. Great service!!

Carl did a great job with the ice dams on our roof! I contacted him later in the day when I saw I had water coming into the house. He responded quickly and was able to get out to us the next day. He gave me an accurate quote based on pics I sent him. He showed up on time and made quick work of the dams. Our roof and interior are happy now!

I am immensely pleased with the professional work completed by CatJo LLC. Carl quickly and efficiently removed the ice dam along the entire south and west facing roofline of my house. One less problem to deal with thanks to Carl.
