Steve did a great job of handling our flying squirrel issue in our attic. He was able to remove the squirrels that we were hearing in the attic and we haven't had any issues since! He also patched the hole where they were getting in! I highly recommend him for any pest control issue!

He showed up to address for mice issues I was having at my home. He proceeded to toss many poison packets into the ceiling areas of my lower level as well as the floor areas of the rooms, not ideal in my opinion. He (Steve) also said he checked the outside of my home for any entry points and everything looked “fine, nothing to seal”. He showed me his invoice to pay, with the guarantee of service for 60 days and I was to pay for this. I asked about the mice that could die in the ceiling areas and his response was “it will only smell for about a week”. WOW! I noticed more mice movement in the areas within a few days and called him back to my home to address that and show me outside where he checked. He told me he didn’t see any entry points. He didn’t do anything, but BS me a around. He just took my money, did nothing. He’s not professional or competent and I would call him a complete RIP OFF! I then called someone else who did find nearly a dozen different places of entry on the outside of my home. I wouldn’t recommend Steve from Lee Pest Control to anyone. He’s a liar and thief! If I could give negative stars I would, beware of this con artist.

Showed up for mice in the attic. Put bait up there and then walked outside for 2 minutes. Came back in and asked my wife to write him a check for his fee. She had to press him on help with finding where they are getting in and other items. Only did actually surveying and work after she put me on the phone. Terrible service and will not use again.

I shouldn't even give Lee's Pest Control a 1. I may be a renter, but Steve was extremely disrespectful. I was asking him questions nicely, and out of the blue, he said F*** you, your only a renter. Of course I was in shock. I called the rental company and told them what happened. Than I went back outside in tears and told him that I don't feel comfortable with him being here and that I wanted him to call the company... he proceeded to tell me to shut the f*** up and to get back in the house where I belong... I have never felt so belittled and disrespected all my life. And I feel sorry that Steve feels like he can treat anyone with like this!

Steve was super nice, and extremely prompt - even coming out a day earlier than scheduled when our bee problem exponentially got worse! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions kindly. Will definitely be calling him again if we need other services.

Steve is really honest and professional, the prices are affordable and the service is great! We had a squirrel problem and he got those pesky guys out our house!
