He proceeded to toss many poison packets into the ceiling areas of my lower level as well as the floor areas of the rooms, not ideal in my opinion. He (Steve) also said he checked the outside of my home for any entry points and everything looked “fine, nothing to seal”. He showed me his invoice to pay, with the guarantee of service for 60 days and I was to pay for this. I asked about the mice that could die in the ceiling areas
