Salesman Jim is a total scam artist. My tenants called Terminix to get rid of racoons in the attic. Jim quoted us $1500 for removal and $8K for attic restoration because there was "so much damage". Called and spoke with a lady on the phone to get a quote to get started with this company. She told me I had to have an inspector come out, evaluate the issues and then would give us a cost on the spot. I said ok. I scheduled it for Saturday 2-3:30. Perfect. Friday rolls around. We were satisfied overall with the company. They came back repeatedly until the problem was completely gone. However, it took multiple attempts to schedule a service date. Sometimes it required four different phone calls before we were given the date and time. We would highly recommend the service technician Nick. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. We would suggest the company provide their customers with a specific fact sheet full of the do's and dont's for their spec
