Horrible horrible horrible. Sold me the world and failed to follow through but had no problem charging me money for services I never received. First service the tech spent more time talking about how horrible the company was and how he was planning to leave than actually focusing on the job at hand. Missed a scheduled appointment and just extremely unprofessional and if I hadn’t reached out I wouldn’t have heard from them. Every time I called I was told something different. Had to pry to get in contact with the manager who after the run around finally got refunded and services canceled. Thanks for nothing. Orkin SUCKS!

I had Orkin since 2006 and decided, for no reason, to see what another service could provide. They were horrible. Now I'm back. . . .

The representative call to schedule the first visit was pretty thorough and they were able to send someone out next day. The technician (?) who came out was personable and easy to talk to. The way he talked us through everything and added in some banter to make it all feel natural was nice, as someone who also performs a customer service role. We've gone with Griffin in the past, but will go with these folks for sure going forward.

Short answer: Large company that is as unhelpful as it is expensive. Long answer: we had bats and squirrels in our attic and walls. The sales person led us to believe we were getting a full coverage pest control guaranteed for 5 years that would cover all sorts of pests that enter the home. There was also mention of removing the bats from our side porch and that's why we went with Orkin over other companies even though it was quite a bit more expensive, however we paid $3k only for unnecessary, redundant ridge guard on our roof (we had our roof redone a month earlier trying to get rid of the bats and squirrels and the roofing company placed ridge guard for us then), despite the photo evidence of holes on our soffit were the squirrels were getting in. I had agreed to the ridge guard because I thought it had something to do with their warranty. The contract was bare bones and leaves them with control over what they will or will not do. They won't do anything else until we pay at least another $1.2k+. Every employee I have spoken with is entirely lovely and sounds empathetic, but they are ultimately unhelpful. There is nothing we can do to get our money back and 2 years later we still have squirrels and bats in the attic, walls, and porch. And now mice too! I'd recommend seeking out a different pest control company. Orkin has ultimately left us feeling a mix of confused, deceived, and helpless after taking several thousand dollars from us. Big company energy. EDIT: I have contacted your office at least 5 times over the past two years to no avail. Thank you for the customer care number.

We paid for a premium package, probably need the middle package, but recieved the econo package. Removed everything they asked for, technician didn't see a need to spray some rooms. Technician arrives 4 hours after he was supposed to for "scheduling conflicts". NOT a good Orkin experience....

Service was awesome. I am terrible with names. He is from South Carolina and came from Coldwater. He was very professional.

Randall was great. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

Generally the techs are quite courteous, but some apparently have no regard for fenced in areas. I have 2 dogs that are free to roam inside our fenced in yard, but after they finished their service today left 2 gates open.

Professional and friendly service. The technician fully explained the service we were receiving and answered our questions. Loved the automated texts alerting us when he was arriving.

They came out and did a really great and thorough inspection of my property and were completely professional the entire time. The exterminator answered all my questions and I look forward to always using Orkin.

Tiea was super kind and professional! My son has special needs and he was very curious this morning! What was she doing? Why was she here? What's that for? Who is she? What's the truck do? Tiea responded in a very polite and positive professional manner to every one of his little questions. I was very happy with how she engaged with him. 🩷 If I could I would schedule every service with Tiea.
