Have been a long time customer with multiple houses and had an issue with mice in my home all week. Took two days to get anyone here the first time (he was great when he got here) and more mice showed up again this weekend. Multiple calls to answering service to get someone out on a Saturday or any time this weekend and no call backs from anyone. Ridiculous! Really unbelievable and frustrating! I will be looking for a new service.

Not quite sure which older gentleman came to our apartment, but it was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Upon arriving he was insanely rude and clearly wasn’t going to give us the time of day to finish explaining our problem. Instead he stormed in told me to get out of the way and then told us that steam cleaning and vacuuming was wrong and acted like we were stupid for doing it, but then after spraying he contracted himself and told us to vacuum to get rid of them. Red flag number one. The second was when he began going on about how it’s a different kind of bug… but then gave all the wrong characteristics, and couldn’t even tell us what bug it actually was “i forgot the name”-him, the kicker was that piece of info did nothing, he just wanted us to know we were wrong. After this visit I did not feel reassured that my problem is gone, or even any better. I feel completely disrespected and will not recommend or let such a condescending man into my home again.

I filed a complaint against Rose Pest Solution as the manager insist I do, with better bussines bureau, I have yet to here from anyone concerning my situation it has been almost a month. My reasoning for complaint is I called the office to ask for treatment they insist I did not have records on file of any service/payment only consultation, I assured him I've been with them a yr paying over $1500 dollar total $200 or more each spray, I ask Robert if he could meet with me to verify my truth he did so read all text of service etc. And yet no resolution .

I've been waiting 6 days for a return call from them to set up a site visit for a uote for work. The gal I spoke to said 2 day return call. Im chasing them to give them my money.

I live in an apartment building in Kalamazoo county. The property manager hired Rose to inspect (with dog) for bugs. I had just purchased my new couch and the dogs claw made a scratch on the armchair. They took over a month to respond to my calls and emails. When they finally came out (after forgetting our apt!) they decided that since the claw mark was horizontal not vertical it couldn’t have possibly been their dog that did this. The scratch is vertical…I will add a photo. Also I should add I have zero pets. The couch was less than two weeks old.

Absolutely I shall never recommend Rose Pest Control Solutions at all. Very High cost and very poor services; Still struggling to get my money back. NEVER PAY IN FULL EVER. Extremely UNHAPPY. MEETING IN PERSON IS USELESS AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.

Gave a property I was about to purchase a clean bill of health. Only later to find a termite infestation two days after I moved in. They clearly miss the mark.

Allen, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately at the time of our first inspection with the previous owner the basement was finished and we did not detect any active termite activity, which is why we recommended the monitoring system you are currently using.
After several calls to set up an appointment time, we finally gave up. My husband had purchased a 3 month package to spray for mosquitos and ticks, but no one ever contacted us to set up a service time. We tried on several occasions, and kept being told that a sales person would call to schedule with us. Very disappointing as we have successfully used Rose in the past, and were always happy with the prompt service before.

Liz, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately the wet spring has been challenging for mosquito applications and has delayed our schedule. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another opportunity to service your home in the future.
An after hours service company booked our appointment and told us that a rose service person would be able to close up any holes and treat the rodent issue. The service person asked if we had any other pest concerns so we told them we also had carpenter ants (however that wasn't our top concern). Rose came out, told us he wasn't able to fill all the holes we had, couldn't set traps for the larger rodents we had issues with, then proceeded to put 4 mouse traps and four paper traps for the carpenter ants as well as sprinkled some powder for them. I didn't want to sign the contract locking us in for the yearly service that cost $150/quarter, however they still charged us $253 for coming out and not taking care of our initial concern. We've called about being unfairly charged when they didn't treat why we called them in the first place and they basically came back and said since you booked with that outside company we aren't liable for what they promised. I feel they did maybe a $50 service. Save your money!
