Had a great experience with Boone Pest Control, they were quick to respond and had solutions to remove the squirrels living in my attic! I had tried everything to get them out, it took having an expert on sight to fix my problem!

Boone came out to inspect two of our homes. It took several days to receive the reports, and once we did, communication was very slow when we reached out with follow-up questions and clarification. For the first home, we agreed to complete nearly all of the recommended work except for one item. For the second home, the estimate was quite large, so we asked to move forward with only part of the work (with us doing the other part) - working collaboratively. Two weeks later, we were informed they would not complete any of the work unless we agreed to everything on their list. The delayed communication and unwillingness to work with us on a reasonable scope made the process frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations.<br><br>After completing inspections at both properties, we provided detailed reports and recommendations based on what we believed was necessary to fully resolve the issues identified. Our goal is always to provide comprehensive, long-term solutions rather than partial or temporary fixes.<br><br>In this situation, there were requests to complete only selected portions of the recommended work while other portions would be handled separately. While we understand the desire to manage costs and scope, our company policy is to only perform work that we can fully stand behind and warranty. When we are unable to address an issue in its entirety, it limits our ability to ensure proper results and maintain accountability.<br><br>Due to these differences in expectations regarding scope and responsibility, we ultimately determined that we were not the best fit for this project. As a result, we refunded the initial inspection fee and respectfully chose to part ways.<br><br>We genuinely strive to provide clear communication, thorough service, and lasting solutions for our customers. While we understand that not every situation is the right fit, we remain committed to operating with professionalism and integrity on every project we take on.<br><br>We wish you the best in resolving the concerns at your properties.
11/10 recommend! The respect and attention to detail in our inspection immediately impressed me with the use of shoe covers in our home and a portable vacuum to clean up debris from checking the attic. After the initial first impression it was obvious that Josh and the team have thorough knowledge and experience. Within a very short visit he was able to identify our problem with photo evidence and had a plan in place. Scheduling was a breeze and the customer service was excellent! Shortly after we are wildlife free and you can't even tell the corrective measures are in place. I would recommend Boone's services to anyone! Thank you

Out of the three companies I reached out to about the scurrying in my attic, Boone was by far the best! They were extremely thorough, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire inspection. They took the time to go over every detail about their findings, every possibility, and every option presented to me. I will be turning to them for my every wildlife and pest need, and would definitely recommend them.

Boone’s team did an amazing job at removing the raccoons from my attic. They were professional, arrived on time and used a one way door to humanly allow the raccoons to exit and not reenter. I hopefully won’t need their services again, but would use them again if needed (and would recommend their services to friends). Thank you!

Boone has been great throughout the process of getting the bats out of our attic! They also made some repairs to our basement area earlier this year to prevent future critters from coming to visit. The whole crew is super kind and informative, answering all of our questions and making sure our concerns are addressed. Highly recommend!

Boone is friendly, responsive and most of all effective. We no longer have a mouse problem (and it was bad). I really appreciate their service which is worth every penny and reasonable.

Nervous of what came to live in our attic while we were away on vacation, we called Boone for help. Josh arrived when promised and did a very thorough job — from basement to far reaches of the attic — determining what small incursions were made by a squirrel. Josh even made a minor repair to a soffet under our eaves AND cut down two limbs of overhanging trees to prevent future incursions. Very pleased to have made this connection with a well-regarded local company. Any future issues, we know who we’ll call! :-)

Great experience! I am allergic to bees and had a nest develop outside in my siding. And bees started entering our home. Boones came out within two hours on a Sunday, in 90 degree heat and high humidity. Got rid of the bees and cleanup was great. As an added bonus to them, I was amazed when he entered our home that he took his shoes off each time. Great professionalism. (This really matters!)

Bait and switch!! Told me $149 for collecting some baby raccoons out of my soffit and give to a local rehab, I agree to this price on the phone and provide my address. After coming to the property he tells me “scrap the $149, I’ll do it for 250-$500” I’m shaking my head in disbelief. And asked what happened to the $149!? He’s visibly angry that I won’t move forward with this tripling in pricing. He leaves and gave my address to the rehab people who then stalked my house, sitting at the end of my driveway for hours, texted me repeatedly for days! Completely unprofessional to share my address with anyone without my permission. DO NOT recommend!
