They double charge all the time and won’t pay you back!!! They tell you “oh sorry he’s a “free”. And I say it’s not free pay me back. Two hours later, five different people having to start over with the story every single time. And then the next month you call and none of them remember you again and there’s never women that work there. They’re all men and they don’t know what they’re doing. Please do not be tricked into subscription - It is the biggest waste of money and you will not get good services (at least not in Holland, Michigan). When I moved in to my new home, I honestly did not have the time to manage some of the details. So I decided to use this Pest services to do typical home maintenance just to keep the typical house spiders, ants, and bugs away. They charged me $43/month with some initial fees. Worst company. Too bad I have to give a star. Would prefer 0 star option . Avoid at all costs. Trick you into a new contract when you were "adding an additional service". Techs, half of the time, do not do the actual service. They just walk around your yard. You call for a reservice, and they redo everything but what you asked to have redone. Then, when you call... they say they will be out the next day... and they don't show up. You have to call back to figure out where they are. Never do
