They double charge all the time and won’t pay you back!!! They tell you “oh sorry he’s a “free”. And I say it’s not free pay me back. Two hours later, five different people having to start over with the story every single time. And then the next month you call and none of them remember you again and there’s never women that work there. They’re all men and they don’t know what they’re doing. Knowledgeable and dedicated this company takes their time. I had 3 quotes today. This company was the most thorough and provided intricate details of what will be done to correct the problem. This company does not harm the wild life which was a really important part of the decision making process. They disinfect so the wild life does not return. This company comes back free of charge for one year to ensure the wild life has not returned. Highly recommend! We are using this company for a bat excl

I wish I could leave 10 stars!!! The level of service and professionalism is simply off the charts. Quick story. At about 2 am on Sept 2, one of Dracula's little cousins decided a visit into our master bedroom seemed appropriate. Now, On any other night, this might have been ok. I had a great experience with Mike's Nuisance Animal Control. Mike safely and humanely live-trapped three skunks and one opossum from my yard. From start to finish, he was extremely professional and easy to work with. Communication was excellent — he answered all of my questions and responded to texts within minutes, which I really appreciated. His prices were extremely reasonable.
