Collin does a great job, not just keeping me informed, but trapping the moles which have invaded my property. He is actively relocating traps keeping pace with the moles' activities.

Jack is fantastic to work with! I have several properties that needed help with bats, squirrels and mice. Problems were resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is necessary. We paid $800 for a 8 week service and our extreme mole problem disappeared 4 weeks into it…happy there isn’t any new damage but these guys didn’t catch a thing. They also missed 2 weeks at the height of the problem…they added it to the back end of the service, which at that point the moles were gone. Apparently their tech quit and we were left off the new schedule. Disappointed in the service. Actually more disappointed and angry about the way Brett reacted to me asking him a few questions. I’ll admit I definitely had frustration in my voice but Brett was way over the line. Chest puffed up, pointing at me, raised his voice to the point of yelling. Said he doesn’t have to take my shit, etc. My neighbors heard our exchange if that paints a picture. Brett chilled right out when I pointed to the fact that our interaction is in view of our home security system. Brett has an anger issue that could be detrimental to your business. I will be steering people away from your services. Edit - I looked back at our service dates and they never followed through with the two weeks they were going to add. Actually took the traps down before the 8 weeks were completed. Me questioning this is what set their tech off. Don’t work with these people.

Jack and Brett were very knowledgeable and were able to evict the family of raccoons that had squatted in my attic after an ice dam had damaged the fascia of my house. They set up a camera to make sure they witnessed the eviction of the mother and all her babies. Thank you 😊

The first 3 companies I tried to reach went straight to voicemail, whereas Best Way Animal Removal not only answered but scheduled an appointment for us the same day. They assessed the problem and provided a very cost-effective plan for the squirrel removal and home seal up. These guys were worth every penny! They effectively handled my worst-case scenario of having a full family of squirrels in my attic. Despite the height of my house, they managed to seal it up completely with a warranty. I am now rodent-free, and I can't thank the team enough. I highly recommend them, you won't regret it!

I had a terrible experience with Jack from Best Way Animal Removal. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge in handling the animal situation at my property. Not only did he arrive late, but he also seemed disinterested and unprepared. Jack's work was sloppy and ineffective, as the animal problem persisted even after his visit. Moreover, his communication skills were abysmal, making it difficult to understand his explanations or ask any questions. I would strongly advise against using Best Way Animal Removal services if Jack is the assigned technician. Find someone more competent and reliable

Best Way Animal Removal was incredible from start to finish. We initially had another "big name" company out to take a look our lawn as moles had destroyed our landscape fairly quickly. We quickly realized a pest control company was not the solution. Jack was a true professional! He knew what he was looking at right away and had a mole control plan implemented the same day. Our mole problem was solved quickly and the customer support was second to none. I would highly recommend them for any of your pest animal needs.

I highly recommend Best Way! We had issues for years with critters getting in our cottage attic with no luck. I called Jack and he and his team fixed our problem! They're really nice good people

We woke up to a bat in our bedroom on a Saturday morning. Best Way Animal Removal was the only local company that was open. Gave them a call and the owner (Jack) answered immediately. He was able to fit us in and communicated his timing well. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. They will be coming back to add some guarding where the bat likely came in. Would certainly recommend.

Jack and the Best Way team were wonderful to work with! I knew there was a critter living under the shed on my vacant rental property but had no idea what type of animal it was. Jack asked a few questions to help narrow down what it might be and had a trap placed within a couple of hours. After catching an opossum, he asked if I wanted a second trap placed in case there was another animal. He answered all my questions in a patient and friendly manner. They caught a raccoon in the second trap and placed a third trap to be sure there was nothing else. They were great about communicating what was happening, especially helpful since I don’t live at that property. I know who to call if I ever need another animal removed!

Jack went above and beyond to help take care of a broken vent cap on the outside of our home. He cleaned out the nests that the birds had made, he replaced the damaged tubing that the critters left and he replaced the damaged caps. Jack is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional and respectful. You won’t regret giving him a call.
