Terry has been a part of the Rental Property Owners Association Friday morning breakfast for the past many years. Terry and his team has taught a few class with the RPOA and has a wealth of information and knowledge. We have all gotten to know Terry professionally and personally with our networking meetings. He is not afraid to help any way he can. If someone ask me about pest control Terry is always the first person to come to my mind.

Roy and Damien provided excellent knowledge and solutions to eliminate the critters. They sealed the openings along my foundation with metal mesh and a product that can't be chewed through.

Knowledgeable and dedicated this company takes their time. I had 3 quotes today. This company was the most thorough and provided intricate details of what will be done to correct the problem. This company does not harm the wild life which was a really important part of the decision making process. They disinfect so the wild life does not return. This company comes back free of charge for one year to ensure the wild life has not returned. Highly recommend! We are using this company for a bat exclusion, squirrel exclusion, and mice exclusion in the attic. I feel the price is reasonable for the amount of work that needs to be done. Again, this is the only company we have found that does not harm animals. This company has a high education and wildlife expertise.

Roy was amazing! I called and had an inspection and trap set within a couple hours - who does that kind of service? This company does - highly recommend - everything explained and answered- did more than anyone in this line of business- kudos!!!!

I wish I could leave 10 stars!!! The level of service and professionalism is simply off the charts. Quick story. At about 2 am on Sept 2, one of Dracula's little cousins decided a visit into our master bedroom seemed appropriate. Now, On any other night, this might have been ok. Tonight however, I was out of town. This visit resulted in a panicked phone call at about 202am from my wife. Needless to say, the conversation was very pointed. Just like their teeth. Que the 8am phone call. Mason answered, promptly rearragned their schedule, and had Roy to our home by 9am. By 930am, baby Drac was gently removed and rehomed. As a result, I am allowed to come home :) All kidding aside, this company is amazing. They will be returning to seal all the areas our nocturnal friends have been using to gain access to our peace and serenity. Thank you so much for responding as quickly and professionally as everyone has. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tried to charge us an extreme amount for services to remove a nest (no birds, not in active bird season) and patch up some holes! Make sure they send you a quote ahead of the job!

Will not trust this business to inspect my home for pests again. Very disappointed that I was talked into nearly $1000 dollars worth of treatment for bed bugs based on a small rash I had on my arm.. the worker did not find any signs of bed bugs but suggest we treat anyways because of the rash I had… one year later with the same rash and my doctor confirmed it’s an allergic reaction to dust mites !!

They have great customer service but shortly after a spring application on the outside, we had ants everywhere in our kitchen!!

Rating a 4/5 instead of 5/5 simply because I paid for a 4-month treatment plan and realized after 2 months they never came for month #2. Upon contacting the company, they discovered it was a computer/scheduling issue and made up for it right away by offering extra services. Would recommend them to others!

Friendly people! I haven’t seen a spider sense they sprayed.
