We noticed immediate improvement after the first visit. The company also scheduled a follow-up service to make sure everything was under control. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I highly recommend this pest control company.

The treatment was done qualitatively. They explained every step. A week later there was nothing. Honestly, I thought it would be a long process, but everything was resolved faster. I can recommend.

Had an issue with mosquitoes around the house. The technician explained the treatment plan clearly before starting. He focused on shaded and damp areas like he recommended. We’ve noticed a big improvement when spending time outside. Definitely worth it.

I dont know if their service is any good but the guy driving the tan dodge with mercer pest control all over is a very weakness driver weaving in an out of traffic an all over the road not s very good way to advertise

We are trying to purchase our home and we called to make an appt and we got one for 830 am on Friday! 2 people confirmed our appt and they never showed up! We called no answer the first time. Second time they answered and they didn't remember and then said sorry im out of town and the inspection truck is in Houston. They "over looked" our appt that was at 830 this morning, that they made! Be careful. I felt that they would do a great job and remember their customers but i guess not. Mind you we had a whole conversation and he was a bit rude! I dont know if becasue i was woman or i couldnt give him exact measurements. I didnt bulid this house! If i would know they were going to ask specific questions I would have gotten that information! Be careful who you hire!
