Great service all around!!!

Pest City USA provided excellent service when we suddenly had a rat enter my home after 8pm while my wife, child and I were relaxing. I called several companies for emergency help and they were the only ones who actually answered and came out. Jamal responded quickly and immediately identified both the exterior and interior entry points the rodent used to get into the house. The rat was caught very quickly, and Jamal did not stop there. Jamal was able to seal all entry points around the property to prevent it from happening again. He also came back to the house every day for almost a week to check on things. Professional, responsive, extremely thorough. I highly recommend Pest City USA if you’re dealing with a rodent issue or any other pests. They will handle it the right way!

Jamal from Pest City was totally the greatest! He came out within a couple of hours. He and his team got the raccoon to leave our roof, and he worked with us for a couple of months while we got the roof repaired by another company. Very cooperative and great to work with! Great guy, too!

Great Same day service, I would highly recommend this company. The young lady I spoke with was quick to send someone to my place of business. The young man was able to identify the source of entry for our unwanted pest, and quickly remove the pest. I will use them every time I have a pest problem.

I would not recommend. The only potential benefit to this company is that they can come at night if you need it. But his communication (I think the company is just one tech) was poor as he came a more than an hour after his initial ETA. He baited the area in my basement where a mouse was seen. The following morning for further inspection, again, was poor with communicating. If I did not call a few times myself I literally would have had no idea when/if he was returning. He didn’t go up into the attic and rather threw a little bait up there. He also inspected outside and said he would call later that day to give pricing and schedule a time to take care of the area (roof) he thought was the entry point. Four days later, he has not called back still… I went with a real company and felt much more reassurance about the situation. It turns out he missed two rather obvious points of entries. This other company commented and were genuinely shocked on how poor of a job he baited the area. As much as I would like a partial refund, I did agree to his terms of service and extra costs for coming out at night. After he left I looked more closely at his website and wish I took that time before calling because the site itself appears unprofessional and very generic. A lot of the google reviews look like bots or vague positive reviews. Instead I want to leave this very detailed review so people don’t get duped out of a few hundred dollars!

My review is 1 star and "Although I wanted to go with Orkin I chose this company becauae I believe in supporting black owned businesses... They cost the same amount as Orkin so why not... They cancled my first visit and showed up two days later. The tech came in street clothes with an aresol can of a chemical that I could have bought myself at home depot. There was no inspection of the home, or outside treatment as I was told there would be... The tech self-admitedly even missed areas of the home. This was on a Monday... I went back into my home on that Wednesday, just to discover that my home was just as infested which should have come at no surprise... They returned Thursday morning with another aerosol can and some other inhibitor substance. I was informed that the tech would have to stand on my furniture so he could get deep into my couches that have cushions that are non removable... I said no problem but wondered why that wasn't done initially... So once again my home was treated... I waited 24 hours, vacuumed again just to discover that I still have live fleas healthy and thriving in my home. Mind you my home is packed up. I did everything they asked.. Cleared out closets, vacuumed every inch of my home, even did store bought bombs and powders myself... They were my hope as my methods were not working... When I informed them that I still have live fleas they said I need to give the last treatment some days like 7-10 days... Qhen I expressed disatidfaction they said they will come back after Labor Day but meanwhile I am $282 dollars short and still dealing with this supposedly treated problem for 5 more days before they will come back... Supposedly the treatment is meant to halt their growth and kill but the fleas

Sent them to rid my sister's home of pest. Totally unprofessional, showed up days late, no inspection, used "store bought" pesticide. And still she has the same problem. We're not pleased

Didn’t work at all and I was told I’d get two treatments but then was told that I paid for one time service. Wish I could get a refund.

There was NO inspection of my house. Don’t be fooled by the pics in their adds. A guy showed up and set a trap in my attic to catch some squirrels that had gained entry. The trap caught one. But the other trap was faulty. The remaining two squirrels simply ate the bate and had a party. The trap he replaced it with after my complaint tripped on its own just after he left with no squirrels inside. I ended up calling professionals and was rid of both squirrels the same day. I ended up paying this company a total of 225.00 to catch one squirrel!

I would not recommend this for mice. Laid out very basic traps and in the wrong areas - kitchen cabinets, etc. Infestation actually grew after they came through; they did not offer me a refund.

Called for information but got answer machine. No one ever called me back I'm still trying tho. I still am needing assistance at my home I am renting really bad
