An inspector came to my house talking about how there was crumbs on my couch instead of looking for bugs only the comment made me uncomfortable didn’t put my furniture back only ask instead of doing wouldn’t recommend his energy felt racist

Matt is the BEST at what he does!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would:). Best service I’ve had! Called Matt to inquire about services needed, he patiently listened to my needs and was ready to help immediately! Matt came ready to service my home and guided me through the treatment plan and executed on it, beyond my expectations! No need to look any further-Matt is the guy you need. I have two kids and a dog, so I was extra worried about using harsh chemicals. The technician explained the difference between heat and chemical treatments, and we decided on heat. They carefully parked the space, made sure my dog was safe, and treated the entire lower level of the house. I didn’t have to throw away any furniture, we were back home that same evening, bug free, and relieved.

Very rude. I called directly for a quote for the non profit I work for. He picked the phone and stated " I just told you..." I explained that I have never spoken to you before. Too bad that customer service is a lost art. The case manager just received two phone additional calls about this review. It is okay, things happen. Just be kind at all times, you never know who is asking for assistance.
