I called James after seeing a mouse in my kitchen. I was so afraid, but when I called James he put me at ease. He came immediately. He went through the whole house investigating where they were located. He placed his miracle boxes around the house. I haven't seen a mouse since. He told me I wouldn't see another and explained step by step what he was doing. His expertise was excellent. I will reccomend to everyone I know and don't know. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DID. Called him for ant problem he came by did he's thing and I haven't seen a ant since. I had another issue so I decided to give him a call again because he did such a fantastic job the first time.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, NEGLIGENT, IMPROPER company I have ever dealt with. We have had a infestation for WEEKS and they have rescheduled and cancelled the appointment numerous times with COUNTLESS excuses when I am a paying customer. I have never in my life come in contact with someone like this. JAMES has given broken promises and failed me numerous times. I have been attacked by these bugs and put my faith in a sloppy, careless company. If you need help GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Called Mr.James he came right over after I told him the problems I was having. He put some black boxes around my house and told me to throw the things I already had down around away. That same night we caught a mice on the trap that he told me to throw away. So my husband put another trap down 3 days later we caught another on the trap he told me to throw away. We put another trap 2 days later we caught another one. At this point I called Mr.James because he gave me a 3 month warranty. When I called he said everything EXCEPT honoring the three month warranty. He didn’t check around my house to see where the problem was coming from or to stop the problem. I’m upset because I was excited to Support a black own business, well trying to support a black owned business I feel like I wasted $175. He kept saying how he has been in the business for 30 years so does that mean he’s been getting over on people for 30 years and never honor his warranty that he’s putting on the receipts. I’m so upset I calling BBB today. No one has $175 to waste. P.S I have my receipt that says three months warranty on my yellow receipt there’s no need for me to lie I will attach my receipt to this review. I want a REFUND. I had to call another company and they checked around my house and told me where the problem can be coming from.

This man would not set an appointment with me kept telling me just to call him in the morning and he will be out then I called him again this morning and he telling me he at the foot doctor like I care unprofessional and unorganized

Sometimes it's the little things. 15 seconds into my first call asking for help, the gentleman (who presented a disinterested attitude), criticized me, saying I must have "sprayed or something" to cause the wasps to come into our house. I said, no, nothing was done, I need help, and he repeated, "well, you must have done SUMthin'!)... I said goodbye and called someone else.
