If I could I would give a zero. Impossible to reach anyone at the local office. Left numerous messages. The corporate Terminix does not have any of my information and is unable to pull up the account, but they do not have a problem of deducting every month for their charges. I have been trying to get someone to come out and address our issues at our home residence for a week now and no luck. Transfer after transfer, voicemail after voicemail with no results and no communication from Terminix. St

Unprofessional, unreliable and over-priced. After two years of frustration I just cancelled my contract after they no-showed twice and was basically waved off by my tech, Chuck and his “boss” Brandon. They wanted to hear nothing of my frustrations, made no effort with reparations or apologies and were quite happy to see me go. Once they have your business service plummets. I just secured a local resource with high marks and lower prices. Shop around!

I called for bee removal. After a LENGTHY interview and credit card information, I was promised service between 12 and 5 the following day. I waited all afternoon and nobody showed up. NO phone call, NO email, no apology. I called the following day to cancel and they said “if you ever have any issues in the future, please give us a call”. What?.. I’ll never call this company again. Now I’m waiting to see if they still charge my credit card.
