I have been a snowplow customer of ProMow for several years now. Since the beginning, they have been efficient, plowed when needed, and been on time. If lawn repair is needed in the Spring, they automatically do that and do a good job. One of the main advantages is that that offer an unlimited number of plows, as compared to other services that limit their plows to a certain number per season. For a snowplow service, I have absolutely no complaints. For next Winter season, go ahead and give them a call to get an estimate. You’ll be glad you did and will be happy with their service. Give them a try for next Winter!

We use Pro-mow for lawn mowing/fertilizing/seasonal clean-up and snow removal...they do an outstanding job of snow removal. They stay on top of any snow, communicate well, our operator does the job exactly the way we want it, using top of the line equipment. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service for the price we pay. Great job!...Great value! Summer service is good, but not always to the same standard as snow removal...the mowing team is reliable, does an ok job mowing and the triiming improved as the season went on...clean-up was generally good but, once again not to the same detailed standard as our winter service....communication on the mowing day (to start the season at least) and when they are coming to do clean up would be helpful. Fertilization was good (but maybe a little pricey) and, once again we never know when they are coming. Anytime we contact the office they are very responsive.

Terrible service. I live in a condo and end up doing a lot of my own yard work (blowing and raking). Yesterday some areas were missed by the lawn mower. I brought it to someone's attention and he said "this isn't my area to mow". He was on a mower but simply drove off. I reported this to my condo association who contacted ProMo. Bottom line, my lawn is half done and no one cares. This isn't the first time they haven't done a good job in this area but it's the first time I said anything only to be told they are too busy to fix it.

This company very bad service. They did snow removal for me 3 years. This year the workers damaged my sprinkler head. I called them to fix. But the manager said I have to pay couple hundred even their fault. If happens every year I still have to pay because very comment. I don’t want to pay for people do bad job . You reached out on June 3rd, months after plow damage had all been taken care of.<br><br>It’s difficult to understand how a sprinkler head could have gone unnoticed for this long —especially with regular lawn mowing—and only just now become an issue. I want to clarify that I never quoted “a couple hundred dollars” for the repair and made that clear to you more than once. I offered to waive the service call fee as a courtesy, but you let me know your husband had already completed the repair.<br><br>At the end of every call, you’ve said you understood the situation, which makes it frustrating to now see a public review that contradicts those conversations. We always strive to be fair and professional with our clients and stand by our service and communication.<br><br>While we respect every customer’s right to share feedback, we also believe in open and honest communication. Like pulling teeth to get them to answer your requests, have a "pay online website" but will not give you the ability to log in, and can take up to a year to fix issues with sprinkler heads they put in too high and gets clipped by mowers

Terrible unprofessional company. Irrigation system is messed up, because they tied two zones together. They dug and broke my internet cable and blame on the internet provider did not bury the cable deep enough. lots of bold spots on the lawn, they never came to fix it. I was told by their customer service to patch it myself, LOL. If you want to waste your money, go with them.

Pro mow did a great job with quoting our landscape needs. When it came to delivering, it was the worst experience I've had. I was guaranteed a full weedless lawn with hydroseed and 2 yrs of their fertilizer program (which I agreed to) the 2nd year I was charged for a fertilizer application in December when the ground (not lawn because it was and still is, after 3 full yrs, patching at best) I called and asked questions, paid for the winter application and was told they had a plan for next year. They didnt and still won't return calls or emails (if anyone wants to see an email chain of me requesting a response of some sort, let me know I'd gladly share it). My half full lawn looks terrible. This is by far the worst company I've done business with. Prior to moving to Michigan I owned a landscaping business, this is a joke... ohh almost forgot to mention, the landscape beds were done terribly as well. I'd love to share pictures from after amd now, but now isn't fair to them since weather has happened over the last few years.... pro mow, if you by chance see this comment, I'd love to chat...

I have used this company for several years with no problems. This year has been horrible. They don't let you call and schedule an appointment but text you with less than 24 hour notice that they are coming. Then when they do come to start your sprinkler system the tech isn't given time to repair it so it's usable. They put you on a list and finally schedule you for service 2 weeks later and then never show up. No text no phone call nothing. Don't even get me started on the new billing system that expects you to prepay for services 10 months in advance.

Hi Carlene, I left you a message the other day asking you to reconsider this review. Your complaints were centered around a couple issues that I hope I could clear up for you. 1)Billing. Billing is the same, you do not have to pay up front. When we send out renewals you have the option to pre-pay if you want to save 3%. There is a link in the email if you would like to do that. You must have accidently clicked that link which prompted an invoice to be sent to you. By no means do you have to pre-pay for services. 2) 24 hour notice on service call. It is not typical to set up a service call with 24 hour notice. However, I had a cancellation and offered to add you in. You can always decline if you are not available. I was helping you jump the line of the 2-3 week wait that we were in. 3) The day of your call, the tech ended up running behind. It was the end of the day and I had already left, so I did not hear from him that he was not going to make it to your home. That is completely on me, and the tech also apologized for not calling you directly. This is inexcusable and a good reason for you to be dissatisfied. But as our policy states, we did try to make it right and prioritize you the next day. The nature of service calls is that often we arrive at a home and the homeowner had mis diagnosed what they reported the issue to be and it can turn into a much longer fix. Most of the time we will reschedule and come back but sometimes it is dire that we stay to at least get water to stop spewing out and creating a bigger issue. I hope that you were satisfied once Scott did come out the next day and take care of your call. You saw firsthand that what was reported was not the only issue and a two hour scheduled call turned into 3 hours. These things happen and is why our irrigation vehicles have to be equipped with every part imaginable! Thanks for your past business and please know that you are a valued customer! This review was entered the evening that our tech did not show, perhaps you have a different opinion now that it was resolved within 24 hours and the other issues you had have been cleared up.

Landscaping I would give 5 stars as they were prompt and very professional making sure we liked everything before they were done. Their landscaping job actually surprised me on how great it turned out. On the other hand, hydro seeding lawn care I am giving them a one star. After countless hours of watering the grass, our grass is still very patchy and seems like they did a terrible job in spraying our grass. I don't know if they use cheap seeds or what it is. After multiple attempts in reaching out to someone to have them come back out and look at our grass, they finally agreed to come out and "touch up" their work weeks after no response from them. It has been over a week and our grass looks the same as if they barely sprayed anything. My neighbors got their lawn sprayed two days after we got ours done. Their grass is pure green. Most of our neighborhood went through a different company and they reseeded their grass multiple times until the home owner was satisfied for free. They will tell you that your grass didnt grow as you expected because you don’t have a sprinkler system installed which is lie. PRO MOW WANTS TO CHARGE HALF THE CONTRACT PRICE TO RESEED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. Very very disappointed in their work. STAY AWAY.

We’re so pleased that your expectations were exceeded on your landscaping, but also acknowledge your dissatisfaction with your hydro-seeding experience.<br><br>You are correct in that we always recommend installing irrigation when hydro-seeding a new lawn, as nothing is more important in growing grass seed than watering the perfect amount on a regular basis. New grass seed requires watering for 15 minutes, three times daily for at least three to four weeks. Unfortunately, as you found, it’s really not just a set it and forget it process as it's just as important that areas do not get over-watered or start to puddle as it is to prevent any areas from drying out. Ideally, an irrigation system would monitor each zone’s conditions, and turn on and off when appropriate. I see that your account manager did communicate these things to you, and subsequently quoted you to include irrigation in your project, but you elected to try installing the lawn without.<br><br>As noted in your signed contract, in the detailed post-application care instructions you received (https://www.promowlandscape.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Care-Instructions-PDF-Hydro-Seed-Plants-and-Irrigation-2019.pdf) and on our website (https://www.promowlandscape.com/landscaping/lawn-hydroseeding/), once a lawn is seeded, it is your responsibility to provide the proper care and maintenance. Pro-Mow cannot guarantee the results of your lawn because of the care you provide as well as weather conditions that are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for acts of nature that cause damage to your lawn, but we will re-apply any areas for half of the contracted price. However, I do see that your account manager did try to make things right and reseeded your lawn, free of charge (a $1,070 value that is above and beyond what was agreed upon in your contract).<br><br>Again, we truly are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your result. It was our intent to equip you for success from the start. We do thank you for your detailed review, and see it as an opportunity for us to improve our process for future clients.

I hired these guys because they were cheaper and said they had great credentials and experience in the lawn care business. My gorgeous, thick, pristine lawn turned into a patchy, weedy mess full of ants. Whatever they use for weed control did not work on our lawn at all. They argued with me, talked down to me, basically blew me off. I have owned several business, and I would NEVER treat my customers so unprofessionally. Terrible! I would give them a zero if I could. One star is too good for them. After several years of disappointment, miscomunications, unreturned calls, unanswered inquiries, unprofessionalism, I switched us back to our previous lawn guys. Hopefully my lawn isn't a total loss. BEWARE!

Will never go through this company again. Our landlords used them for snow plowing the prior year and didn't mention any problems so we went forward and continued service for this winter. Big mistake on my part. 1) They missed plowing like 1/3 of our driveway so if we had a bigger snow storm, my car wouldnt be able to get out. (I'm not talking about the 6 feet clearance they leave behind cars for liability reasons) 2) When I finally complained about not plowing the entire driveway and email them pictures of several different instances, I got an email response saying "Thank you for your concern. It has been sent over to our operations manager" like what kind of response is that?? No further communication was done after. 3) They also did a poor job staying within their orange markers. The last plow of the season, the plow ended up tearing 6 different markers out of the ground and doing some damage to the lawn. 4) The times they come are kind of ridiculous as they will only come once every 24 hours unless it snows another 5 inches (on top of the 2+ it had snowed prior). For example, one day we had it snow 2 inches so they came and plowed at night (little after midnight). Then we got several more inches overnight where it would have been much more helpful for them to come in the morning before work, but because they plowed the night before, they didn't come until the next night. Which I realize it says it all in the contract so it is on me for continuing business.

DO NOT USE THEM!! Read the reviews. I wish I would’ve. Not professional at all. Their main concern is just getting paid. I have several issues with my new lawn, sent pictures, never heard anything back. I stopped making payments because they were not finishing the work. We ended up having to hire another company to come out and fix what they done. To matters worse, they are now taking my to small claims court for the remaining balance!!!! Be very careful if you decide to use this company....
