I have used Eradico for many years. After they got purchased by Ehrlich, the service has gone down hill. I recently received a bill without receiving any pest application. The evidence on the work order had no photo. I've been working with their billing dept to get my invoice voided, but to no avail. They have submitted 15 internal tickets for their billing department to call me to resolve this and NOTHING! I have yet to get ANY phone call from this company other than for them to demand I
