We have an issue with undescript animal eating through baseboards in certain spots. The tech did a through inspection and determined our issue was entering a crawl space through some loose bricks under a deck. She also sprayed the entire perimeter for carpenter ants including the soffits. I would recommend this tech who is personable and I believe to be honest and trustworthy.

Absolutely excellent service. They were very responsive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were also able to come to my house in less than a week of me requesting them. And the best part is Orkin offers a 6-month warranty, which is different from all the other companies that offer a lame 30-day warranty. So even though it was expensive, the warranty and excellent service makes it worth it.

Kylie was superb. She was very good with all of our animals and was able to accommodate them within the treatments she did. She also recommended we get the outside of the house done once the contractors were finished, which we will do. Our dachshund Lilo loves her and he is an excellent judge of character. We will absolutely hire Orkin again.

The technician that came his name was George was very knowledgeable about the problem. He was also very courteous.. he explained everything he was doing. And why he was doing it To solve the problem. I was very happy about the experience with the technician,And also with this company. I'm glad that I went with Orkin. I called in the morning and I had a technician at my house early afternoon. Great service. And he definitely gave me peace of mind.

The people who I’ve interacted with that work out of this location have been professional and knowledgeable. However, getting anyone on the phone through their 1-800 number is impossible. Their customer service team does not return calls. Trying to get your appointment moved or changed is very difficult.
