Miguel is professional, knowledgeable, prompt with arrivals and easy to talk to! Miguel listened to all of our concerns and made sure to address each one. There is excellent communication between the office and the staff. I called 24 hours after the initial visit to indicate additional concerns and at today’s schedule visit, Miguel was already informed of the new concerns and promptly took care of what he was able to and informed the office of additional needs! Overall attention to detail and too notch service! As a pet owner, I think it’s also worth mentioning that Miguel is great with our very sweet, very anxious dog who’s very curious (and very much in the way haha) at each visit!

The service guys did a good job but Kyle was exceptionally knowledgeable! Beware of your contract as they don’t notify you that it’s up and they continually charge for the next contract! Not a good policy!

All the people who came to my house were genuinely nice, as were the ones I dealt with over the phone. Whether the high-priced service was ultimately worth it remains to be seen, but I suspect I won't regret it.

Jason was very professional and seemed to understand my concern with the cost I paid for bat removal 2 years ago and the problem still exists. We are hoping the issue has been remedied, but time will tell!

He, "stopped by" nothing t more. That's all I got except was told he wants $250 to do it again. Oops, I didn't know it was a free inspection only. My bad, they weren't there for a service call. Just inspection.

This was a regular quarterly service. Payment is made with our credit card on record. Were not at the residence with the service call was made, which is not uncommon. Usually get a service report, all we got this time was a receipt for payment. Hard to rate someone when don't know what was done.

Very unreliable company, makes promises they can’t keep and doesn’t show up.

I have not received any reports or feedback about whether or not anything was found on my property. I’ve had the service for several months now and I still have not ever received a voicemail or email or any kind of feedback.
