Exterminating happens to be one of those services where the providers are either really really bad (unreliable, sometimes costly, not good with people, often not knowledgeable or deceptive), or great. I am happy to say that I have worked with Tim at AAA three times in two houses over a six year span and have ALWAYS found the company to be reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. He really "gets it", in terms of pest control (what is needed, what the guidelines are, etc.)

These people are great! Tim, especially, stands out as an honorable, professional, efficient person. He explained everything, returned my calls promptly, came out and saw the property and reassured me that it is safe for children and pets. He understood that I called him because of upcoming construction and my fear of rodents. And he promised to come back if we needed him.
