I would highly recommend Pest Assasins for any pest control needs. Customer service is excellent. They made an appointment that met my schedule. I was notified of a GPS estimate of time of arrival the morning of my scheduled appointment and Ian the technician arrived promptly. Ian was very knowledgeable and thorough. He review the plan for the day in detail and left with a plan to follow-up which has already been scheduled. Very reliable, professional and knowledgeable.

Our technician, Derek, is experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. I especially appreciate that he listens well, and acts on what he hears. I also appreciate the way the office (in this case, Lynn, who scheduled my appointment) values me as a customer. The service I receive from the company is exceptional.

Jack was a great technician. He was very patient and described any issues he saw that we needed to take care of. He educated me on a few things I had never thought of to keep pests away for the future. Highly recommend Jack!

I've been using Pest Assassins for about 4 years and I couldn't be happier! I have a 2 acre property with lots of growth...veggie garden...chickens....lots of opportunities for pests of all kinds! I don't like using national companies....so tried Pest Assassins when I purchased the property 5 years ago. They are super communicative and most importantly both the mosquito/tick service as well as quarterly for mice, ants, spiders, bees etc..... are a huge value! The services have been very effective and anytime I have any concerns the owners or managers address it right away!!! I will be a long time customer!!! Im a huge fan of my latest technician Brian P!! They are very professional, and respectful. They took care of our problem in one visit. We never saw another mouse. We love they continue to come and update us on the progress around our home to keep us safe and sound. I would recommend to anyone. Very cost effective for what we were going through.

Great job coming out and sealing up the house and garage. They removed a small hornets nest and serviced the property all in the first visit. Ian was professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable as well for an ongoing service agreement.

We had Brian as our exterminator. He was great! Very professional, explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside our house. He was also here to check on our mouse issue in the basement. Again, he was very thorough. And just an all around nice guy. Have to say, I don’t get that vibe from most pest control workers. The thing that impressed me most about Brian, was how he spoke about Pest Assassins. I asked him if he liked working for them and he said, “I love the company”. He talked about the culture and how valued he felt. And that it was a 100 times better than his former pest control company. Only reason I’m mentioning this is, I work at a college near Boston in the management division. Company culture is everything when it comes to making employees feel valued. Valued employees are happier employees and happy employees are better workers, more loyal etc., I am now a life-long customer of Pest Assassins based on my conversation with Brian. The work they do is excellent and I’m betting it’s a result of how they treat their employees.

Received routine service as well as a removal of a wasp nest. Ian came and provided a top quality service and addressed every issue brought to his attention. Would highly recommend this company for routine application to keep insects at bay.

I've can say without hesitation that Pest Assasins is by far the best pest control company. Their service is impeccable. They have always arrived when scheduled. Their technicians are extremely professional & knowledgeable. And compared to the bigger advertised companies, their fees are very reasonable.

We had the pleasure of meeting Brian P. ant our home on Oct. 20th, 2025. We were told he would arrive between 11 to 1 and he was here at 11 on the dot. We also conveniently received a text about 15 minutes before he arrived to reset our expectations. (Nice touch!). Brian was knowledgeable and courteous and suggested several options that we might choose. He was not pushy or salesy but earnest and definitely represented Pest Assassin in the best light. We were happy to engage with them immediately and look forward to ongoing quarterly visits to keep our home safe from all kinds of pests. Thank you, Pest Assassins and especially Brian P. He is an asset to your company and we hope to see him more in the future. Update: Nov 28th, 2025 Brian arrived for the first quarterly check in and treatment. He was spot on time and found no evidence of pest activity, then proceeded to sweep the exterior for spider webs and nests and then applied a treatment. Perfect execution, on time and everything exactly as previously estimated. A+ Update: May 14th, 2026 Dylan H provided our quarterly service. This was the first quarterly where it wasn’t Brian P. Oh my goodness, how well trained are these guys? It was the same customer experience, competence, integrity, friendliness and subject matter knowledge. I was truly impressed. Pest Assassins is a well run business and I strongly recommend them. I’m what they call a “promoter” because it is rare to find this level of quality service. I appreciate it and you will too.

Pest Assassin responded right away after I reached out and provided all the information I needed. The technician, Dereck was great, he arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and was very realistic about my rodent situation. He offered many helpful suggestions and alternatives and treated the space efficiently. This was my first service, and so far I’m very satisfied.

We’re very happy with this service so far. Brian P came out for an assessment and the first treatment for carpenters ants. After confirming that they were in fact carpenter ants. He arrived on time, clearly explained the process and then proceeded with treatment. He warned me that I’d see an uptick in ants the next few hours into the next day. He wasn’t kidding. Those things came crawling out of the woodwork, literally. Not going to lie, it wasn’t pretty. But he had given me some traps so it was contained. By day 3…. Nothing! It’s too soon to tell if the ants are eliminated, he asked that we give it 1-2 weeks, but so far, this is looking promising! Aside from Brian’s professionalism, I found it easy to reach the company and schedule and appointment. And I like that they create a client portal so you can manage billing and appointments online. Overall, I’m happy with this company. Thanks!

We continue to be pleased with our ongoing service contract with Pest Assassins. Our latest technician, Ian Lussier did a very thorough job, and then some. He checked our outdoor gutters and the siding at the corners of our house after I mentioned that we think the mice are getting in that way. He put steel wool in the corners where he saw openings. We definitely appreciate his thoughtful, thorough approach.

This company continues to do it's best in providing ideas and options to rid my home of pests. Each employee has offered valuable advice in aiding us to get rid of these pests. Suggestions have significantly cut down on pest activity in my home. I'm very happy with Pest Assassins as a company and their choice of prime employees is impeccable.
