Bill and Sai came out to my house for pest control. They were polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable. There wasn't a spot they were afraid to crawl around in to help eliminate my problem areas. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need pest control. Excellent people, Excellent service!

Martin Pest Control is a great company to work with! The woman who manages the office is professional, friendly, and very informative. The technician who came to our home in Mansfield to treat for yellow jackets was experienced and clearly great at what he does. Overall, it was an excellent experience- highly recommend!

I am profoundly grateful for the immediate and professional service I received from Martin Pest Control. While cleaning our living room we discovered that we had a Yellow Jacket nest in our ceiling which sent dozens of wasps into the house. I called and within 30 minutes he was on site and began removing a huge nest out our ceiling ( see trash bag picture) enabling us to get back into our house. I highly endorse and recommend this organization. They are personable, professional and knowledgeable. They are my go to for any pest issues.

I highly recommend Martin Pest Control. I found this company on Google after thoroughly searching reviews on mice prevention in the area. I chose Martin because the reviews stated they focused on mice prevention vs. maintenance. I was with another company before that set up bait stations and claimed they were sealing entry points during each visit but 5 years later I still had a mice problem and I realized they wanted to maintain my problem forever to keep me as a paying customer. Martin Pest Control focused on eliminating the problem vs. maintaining it. They are a small, family-owned business so it took a bit for them to come out to me (granted it's the busiest time of year so it was totally understandable) but Chris and the team did not disappoint. Chris spent over 2 hours at my house and got down and dirty; he laid in my mulch beds and felt the area all around the house where the siding meets the foundation. He thoroughly inspected every potential entry point and did a full exterior inspection. He went took time to explain everything to me and was very nice and professional. He also did a thorough inspection of the interior and set traps in case any mice still get in. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. Martin Pest Control offers one-time services as well as contracted service, the other company I was with only offered yearly contracts, so I also liked that I wasn't locked into anything. Chris truly went above and beyond in every aspect, and I will most definitely be hiring them for any extermination needs and recommending them to all my friends. Thank you Martin Pest Control!!!

From the start of my inquiry, Martin Pest Control was very professional, accommodating, and fair with their prices. The nice woman who answers the phone was able to answer all of my questions and even other questions I had to unrelated fruit flies in my house. I was able to make an appointment within a week to solve the rather large bee hive that was in the walls of my house and vinyl siding. Bill came by on time and was able to explain what he would be doing and said he would be only a few minutes to solve my problem. He even acknowledged that if the problem still continued, he would come back after a week for another treatment. It didn’t. The bees are completely gone and my wife and I can rest easy. Highly recommend.

The best around! I called Friday night and they returned my call the next morning. They came out on a Saturday to get rid of an aggressive bees nest. He is very kind, I used them a few months ago for another nest and they came out right away for that one as well. I would definitely use them again!!!

Bill is a tremendous guy. I had him come to my new home to inspect what I thought were field mice in the attic. It turned out to be bats, in which he referred me to another company he works with and didn’t charge me. Great guy, great family owned business. Recommend.

My sister contacted Martin Pest Control due to a mouse problem. Bill was very responsive and went to her house within a couple of hours. He did a thorough job of finding where the mice were entering the house and inserting barriers to prevent more mice from entering. He also laid traps. He was very professional and charged a reasonable rate. My sister was very satisfied!

My experience with Martin Pest Control was a positive one from the first phone call [which they always answer], until the problem was eradicated. All my questions and concerns were answered in way I could understand. I would highly recommend their service.

Was a pleasure working with an owner operator. Has a wasp nest in my eves that I attempted to remediate on my own and then went another week with the little buggers making their way into our bedroom. They came within a day, removed the nest and applied a couple different chemicals and it seems to have worked. Friendly, explained what they do and will come back if the bees aren’t fully remediated. Very happy with the results this far.

Haven’t seen any signs of mice since our visit from Martin pest.

I have had Martin Pest Control to my home twice. First for a yellow jacket nest in shrubs and then a week later for another nest in the wall on my front porch. They were great, realizing the nests had to be dealt with immediately. Bill come out the same day of each call. He was polite, efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
