The Customer Service Agent pressed me for a reason why I was canceling. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. The first time they showed up they left without doing the job because they claimed they couldn’t do the gutters because of the gutter guards, the second time they showed up they couldn’t do the job because they’re ladders weren’t big enough. I called upset and they said they’d send their most experienced crew out. The third time they showed up they removed the gutter guards and claimed to have done the cleaning. They were suppose to come do our gutters but then they emailed us and said we said not to do it today and come back next week. That is a flat out lie. We have surveillance system around our house and they never showed up. Once the were told this, they said they’d come out next day. A week later and still no show.
