Empire took over Marlborough pest. The Marlboro Pest Control company was good. Since Empire took over, the treatments don’t work. Technicians have reported that people are complaining every day about the poor quality of service since the transition. So sad used to be such a good company.

Terrible Customer Service. New ownership ruined the company that it was before. Their treatments for wasps don’t work.

Empire takes care of the apartments I rent at. They were supposed to be doing cockroach treatments at our place and not only has the treatment done nothing to help, theres never evidence anyone actually did anything, not even glue traps down or anything, a complete joke. What kind of pest control company doesn’t monitor for activity with traps? Additionally today they were supposed to come treat (9-19-25) and my girlfriend took work off to stay home and take animals out of the place so it could be treated. She calls the leasing office at 1pm wondering where pest control is to find out the pest control technician already handed in our apartment keys and said we were all set and he never even step foot in our apartment! This place is a joke. Do not use this company they do not do adequate work.

Emailed for an inquiry, got an automated email response that it was received and then nothing! Not a phone call or follow up email. We went with another company that promptly attended to our request for services.

Empire Pest has serviced my commercial property for many years dealing with various insects and pests and has recently serviced my home of getting rid of a wasp nest in the attic. Time and time again, Kenny and his team have been responsive, informative, personable, professional, and unrelenting in systematically identifying and solving insect & pest issues. I highly recommend this company.

The tech that came to my home was extremely polite and well mannered, I had a bald face hornets nest in my dogwood tree in front yard. He suited up and got that nest out without any hesitation. Great work!
