Top notch service, was on time. Very fair pricing, owner was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me.

Very knowledgeable about rodent biology and found my ellusive mouse highway! I am a veterinarian and also a beekeeper so leary of "exterminators," but the rodents cannot live IN my house -- they are welcome to make their happy homes OUTSIDE. When John came to inspect he was the second pest guy to do it and he found the place they were entering. John reviewed all options for treatment and is extremely knowledgeable about these as well. I was super impressed! Finally, he moved heaven and earth to get out to my place before the holiday. My town facebook group "Berlin Neighbors Connect" was right about Batteline -- call them if you want the job done right !

We had TWO different yellow jacket nests in ground that were well established (and in October!). We decided to use Battleline and are very happy with the fast, polite, effective service!!
