Nuisance (Kelvin) does an excellent job. Kelvin always responds quickly, gets your appointment on the books right away, and knows his stuff. I’ve been using this service for mice and ants at two of my condos. Once he finished, problem solved. He has an easy check out/payment process. From beginning to end, it’s easy and well priced. I’m very happy with the results and service value. A+++

Kelvin was quick and efficient in removing my hornet nests! He was very communicative and offered fair pricing for his services. Would definitely recommend him if you need hornet & wasp extermination!

I think everybody that has a mouse problem is in denial but we couldn't deny it any longer so we called Kelvin. He was incredibly thorough, he noted every place he found mice droppings (yikes) and took pictures of ALL the places he plugged up. He was here within a few days of calling. I researched other places & Nuisance was the only 1 that offered a 3 month warranty. Fingers crossed we don't ever need to use the service again. Damn mice!

I highly recommend Kelvin from Nuisance RMVL Exterminators! He did an excellent job getting rid of a mice problem in two properties I manage. He was thorough in sealing up all the entry points, ensuring the issue was fully resolved. Not only was he fast and efficient, but his pricing was also very affordable. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable—Kelvin is definitely the go-to expert for any pest control needs. I’ll be using his services again if needed!

I tried for months to get rid of mice after a extensive remodeling project with no luck. I called nuisance and he came the next day to place poison. After 3 weeks the mice were gone and 4 months later I haven’t seen one dropping.

I'm updating my review following the owner's response. Unfortunately, instead of offering a solution or following up, the focus seemed to shift towards blaming and pressuring me to change my initial 3-star rating. It would have been more helpful if the owner had focused on addressing my concerns and ensuring a better experience, rather than focusing on review scores. Genuine customer satisfaction should be the priority. I was somewhat satisfied with the service, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. During the first visit, the owner spent about 15 minutes at my home, placing bait and sealing a small hole with foam. I requested steel wool for added protection, but he assured me it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, he missed a significant hole around my bathroom sink, which I had to point out later. He also left the work area a bit sloppy and didn’t properly set my appliances back in place after moving them. To his credit, he did return to inspect the home after I reached out, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of a lower rating. However, if you’re looking for a more thorough, detail-oriented service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been working with Kelvin and Nuisance Removal for years now and will never call anyone else. He is reliable, always gets the job done, super easy to work with and very fairly priced. I have had Nuisance spray my house for ants and treat for mice. I love that they only use safe materials and chemicals since I have kids in the house. The treatments I’ve gotten over the years have always worked, but if I’ve ever had a new issue pop up (latest one due to neighbor construction releasing mice into my house!!) Kelvin is always there (and quickly!) to get the job done. 10/10 recommend!!!!

We have been using Nuisance RMVL for two years now for ant issues we face every spring. Kelvin comes out once in the spring and applies a treatment to our home that lasts 6 months and keeps the ants out of the house for the rest of the season. Kelvin is an honest, reliable, and professional individual who has been a pleasure to work with. He is always prompt when we reach out to him and comes out as soon as he can. I look forward to working with Kelvin every time we need to and he has become our go to person when come across any issue with pests. I would highly recommend working with him.

Best company in town, I had a major issue with rodents in my property and when I called Nuisance RMVL and they explain what they would do to solve the issue, I mention if they would come within the next day and they did. They sealed all wholes and he explain what kind of treatment was being used. And what I can do to prevent any more rodents from coming into the property. The price was affordable compare to the companies and I’m happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely used them again.

WORST company to do business with! Got a call from the owner who was eager to come the same day. He left saying “I’ll be back next week to follow up with some areas..” & has not responded to texts or phone calls TWO MONTHS LATER. Imagine paying for pest control for a half done job. What a joke!

We have been using Kelvin for years and can’t thank him enough! Our home is prone of bees and hornets so Kelvin comes every year to spray and take care of nests. Even ones that have made homes IN the siding of our house. He is always quick with response, so friendly and reasonably prices. He is also great with fitting us in, even on a short notice.
