Their service is excellent. David came to service our building after we found evidence of rodents in the basement. He was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and fixed the problem very quickly. I’d highly recommend them.

Highly Johnny B's/B&B pest control! They were great about answering all of our quetions before sceduling and arranging an appintment that worked for the three units in our condo. Since they came out we have not seen any mice! The service was quick and they filled us in on everything they were doing.

Everyone was so professional and responsive. I was so anxious when I learned that the apartment I had just moved into had bed bugs. The techs from Johnny B's took time to calmly explain everything to me, and walked me through the treatment process. It is a quick, safe, and affordable service, and it worked! They came back for a second spray 2 weeks later to ensure everything was gone but I felt so well taken care of by everyone at this company! Cannot recommend enough.

Called on a Sunday for a yellow jacket issue, they answered, scheduled and priced the job immediately. Great transparency and they guaranteed the work for 6 months. Excellent experience and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Great service for an affordable price. I had to get a re-spray for bed bugs when they came back months later and the owners were very understanding and helpful. Sean came out to spray and was very helpful and thorough. Definitely recommend.

I was able to book an appointment with these guys fairly quickly to take care of an ant problem we had in the spring. They explained the whole process to us, what to expect immediately following their visit, and when to call back if we were still experiencing a problem. I felt they were very fairly priced and super nice guys. Hopefully I never have to, but would definitely call them again if I had a future problem.

Johnny B's was available quickly and did a thorough job. The technician showed up on time and was very patient with all of my questions. He even gave me his cell in case I had follow up questions. They were not the cheapest quote in town but I felt more satisfied by their explanation of services and extended 90-day warrantee.
