My niece and nephew were pet sitting my dog when they met Scott, the Catseye technician. He introduced himself and informed them to keep my dog off the outdoor property for 45 (?) minutes as he had just sprayed. Very courteous and professional, otherwise my teenaged niece and nephew wouldn’t have mentioned the encounter. Thank you, Scott!

I was getting a lot of house centipedes, & some earwigs and spiders, and i’d tried the DIY sprays but they didn’t really help. have had catseye servicing the house for about a month now and I’ve seen almost no bugs!

As always, Doel is extremely excellent. He takes pride in his work. He covers all angles. I had a situation with ants. Doel gave me his personal number in case for any emergency. Although I called Catseye and got no callback, I reached out to Doel. He said he’ll come out after his shift to help me. He instructed me to call the office to let them know. I did. The office confirmed he will assist me that day after his shift. Doel is always above and beyond his call of duties. What a Superman.

Matt did a great job. We've been pretty happy with Catseye as a company. The Cat Guard seems to have solved our problems, and the techs have been helpful, and the follow up has been consistent.

Frankie is a cheerful person with a sense of humor. This was a monthly service and he was not just here to get his work done. Even on a Saturday he took time to introduce himself. He spent time, before he started to do anything, talking to me, the home owner. I feel I got to know the person who would be working on the property, and I was comfortable that he was the one doing so. I hope to see him again. He represented himself, and Cat's Eye very well by taking time to laugh. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We saw a mouse in our kitchen and told Catseye this before our monthly service visit. The technician went to the basement but did not check any of the traps in the kitchen before leaving, nor did he tell us he was going so we could ask him what he saw. This was after we had to wait because our prior service was cancelled. It was pretty disappointing.

Matt was very nice, polite and asked if I had any issues inside the house. I told him I was all set inside and it was too hot in the attic for home to go upstairs. He took care of my bait stations outside.
