I am so pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and kindness. For two years I have called on Snyder‘s for my outdoor and indoor pest control, including termite inspections. I want to mention Doug - he’s very thorough in his work and also in sharing necessary instruction. I will definitely recommend this company just as they have been recommended to me.

You will not meet a nicer guy than Randy. He came to review termite damage at my home and was very honest in his recommendations and had so much knowledge about the challenges and options that I had. He recommended me to another termite specialist who he thought had a more appropriate treatment system for my needs. He also made a few recommendations for other bug issues I was having that involved basic treatments available at the grocery store. If you want a fair and honest service provider, call Snyder's.

Randy responded very quickly to our request for an inspection. We did not experience a hard sell during our initial phone call, unlike some other companies we contacted. Randy was polite and knowledgeable. He assured us that we did not have a termite issue and did not need any treatments at this time. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. We had a tech come out and recommend that they drill around our foundation and apply the Termidor. Randy (the owner) showed up on the day of the job, took a look around, and said the drilling was overkill. His honesty saved us $500 and because of that I will always call them first if I have a pest control need. Five stars for honesty and professionalism.
