The technicians have always done a wonderful job for us. They are very professional and let us know when they are starting a treatment, what it is and when they are finished. If I have an issue in between they always come back and address it right away. We have been pleased with their service for the past several years.

Our tech Dante was great and very friendly. He thoroughly explained everything to us and showed us all the pictures he took, along with all the places he set the traps. From the very first phone call to Frontline to our experience with Dante I would highly recommend this company.

Great company with professional, knowledgeable and friendly techs. Good communication and very reasonable prices. Did a thorough job removing an extremely large bald faced hornet nest. Definitely recommend and would use their services again!
Calvin was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process enjoyable with a fun conversation. He was very helpful in dealing with all the pests around my home, especially the wasps and bees. He works quickly, efficiently, and with little intrusion. I’m already looking forward to his next visit. Front Line is the best

Michael was great! He called me to let me know he was on his way, was very friendly in personable, and explain to me in detail what my options were. Yellow jacket had built a nest in one of my raised beds, and within 15 minutes he had remediated the issue. Apparently it was a large nest too, so I’m surprised it got handled so quickly.I highly recommend him and Frontline to anyone experiencing pest problems.

Calvin has been the technician for my home for about a year now and always does great work. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough with his work, and prompt if anything comes up. Living next to a wooded area bugs were a common occurrence in my home but haven’t been since I went with Frontline. Their price is very reasonable for all the service that comes with it. I highly recommend.
Frontline came in and took care of the hornet nest, I had in the front of the house and back of the house. Luke was an awesome tech, And he did everything he could possibly do to help us out
Lawrence was wonderful. He was able to arrive at my house earlier than scheduled, and let me know this was an option. I said yes. He was friendly, explained the inspection and treatment process, and answered all my questions. He indicated how the treatment was safe for children and pets. He put my situation in context, which I much appreciate. Upon completion he immediately prepared a report of work done, including products used, targeted insects, locations treated, technician notes, and cautions. The invoice was prepared then and there and I was able to pay it immediately. The process was quick and professional. I look forward to seeing the results from today’s treatment as the days pass. Everything they spray we see more bugs,, worst thing we every did,,we through $60 a month away,,,never again

If I could give under one star I would this guy was rude smh I feel helpless about it he was telling me I shouldn’t rescue any more animals and that my house wasn’t clean enough and I’m ocd and I clean over 10 times a day and know that everyone else that comes in my house saids how do u keep ur house this clean and smelling this nice with the animals here I’m beyond upset he was a rude person

Terrible terrible service. Stay away. I asked for termite inspection. Instead they just installed bait traps and then tried to charge me much more than originally stated.

Dissatisfied with Frontline’s communication for service on June 1, 2024. I informed tech that I was not aware nor agree to service, the tech left without completing service. Then I was charged for full completion when I didn’t authorize. I would not recommend this company.

A person came to my house at 6:15 PM on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He said his name is Sam and he works for this company. He said they would be spraying in the neighborhood on Monday. We told him we do not want any sprays applied on our property or drifting on our property. He did not say that he would let the company know. We will have to post "no spray" signs and watch all day. If there is work to be done that could affect the neighbors, they should mail a notice to the affected addresses. They should also post signs in the neighborhood. Neighbors should have at least a week's notice. It is unprofessional and inadequate to walk around talking to people at a time when many neighbors will not be home.
Three times. They came to my door three times today and knocked and rang my bell. First time, ignored them, we have a sign in front of the door saying no solicitations. Second time, driving into my garage, the guy nearly followed me in, but went to my door and started banging again. Ignored a second time as I had to help my disabled child with the bathroom. Third time, I answer, he starts his spiel, I say not interested and he asks me to refill his water bottle. What company has their employees running around in near 90 degree heat in pants and button up shirt and doesn't provide water and insists on having their employees hit EVERY. SINGLE. HOUSE. Badgering potential, and previous, customers is not a way to get their business.
