We thought we may have a yellow jacket nest under our siding. We were seeing a lot of activity outside and then starting finding 2 to 3 yellow jackets in our house every couple days. I contacted a few other companies and they all wanted us to sign up for a monthly service before they'd even come out to look. I contacted Peak Pest Management on a Friday and spoke with Mounir. He came out that Monday, determined we did have a hive under our siding and located multiple entry points. He sprayed into those entry points and then came back 1 week later to caulk them closed. There were so many dead yellow jackets all over the ground the same day he sprayed. It was hard to believe there were that many under the siding! We saw a few more in the house after he sprayed but they were disoriented and dying. The number of the ones coming into the house trickled off greatly over that first week. Mounir was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened to our concerns and his work came with a warranty. I 100% recommended him and his company. I can't thank him enough for his quick response to our problem too!

He didn't get rid of our problem. Another company and our cat did a better job removing the pests. I think he also tries to play into your fears about pests in order to sell his services. I would not recommend.

I found a huge hornet nest in the attic on a Saturday. I called and was able to reach him the same day. He told me he would come first thing Monday AM. He was great. Super knowledgeable and explain things really well. He is super friendly and did a great job. He was able to remove the nest in a tough spot in the attic and clean up. Highly recommend.

Peak Pest Management was very diligent and thorough in their approach to solving our mouse problem, and was able to honor our request to perform the work with no poisons. On top of that, they were very open to sharing what they were doing and what they found. Working with Maneer's team was like being on a CSI episode, investigating the evidence over several visits to make sure every hole and corridor for the mice to travel was sealed. Extrememy satisified and happy with the results, and highly recommend them for any pest management issue!
