Bay City is great. We have had Yellowjackets the last two summers - both in different but hard to get to locations. Both times Bay city sent a technician out within 12 hours of calling. The issue was taken care of on the first visit. Everyone we have interacted with from the company has been very friendly and respectful - nice family run business. 10/10 highly recommend!

Bay City Pest Management is a great company. Their personnel are top-notch, from the initial phone call to the technician they send out. We have been using them for many years. When a recent problem came about with ants in various areas of our home as well as silverfish in my office, we knew we needed to have the house treated the silverfish treatment required the technician to go up in the attic crawl space and put a special treatment in that wood get rid of the silverfish and also require us to not be upstairs for 2 hours after the treatment took place. After he finished the treatments, he gave us a rundown of everything he did and told us to let him know if we had any other problems or concerns. Eli was our technician, and I highly recommend him for any pest concerns you are having in your home. I highly recommend the company, as they are a family-owned business, which is my preference.

I reached out to Nick to inquire about preventive termite treatment, and he came in person to explain everything in detail. He wasn't pushy and did not try to sell us something that we did not need. We ultimately decided to proceed with the preventive service for our peace of mind. Nick and his team were super professional, wonderful, and communicative. I would 10/10 recommend his team! It is so nice to find someone who is honest and gets the job done :)

Great service from Bay City Pest Management! We had a terrible issue with hornets in our front door and steps. Both my wife and I, and one of our dogs, got stung in the same morning. We called as a new customer and they fit us right in. Kim was very kind and scheduled Rob to come out the same day. Rob did a fantastic job treating the door and porch. He was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was reasonable. After 2 days the hornets were completely gone. We’ve tried other services in the last and none came close. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I have previous experience working with Bay City through my previous employer. So when I needed service in my home I called Nick. We briefly discussed our previous business relationship, then I told him of my mice problem. Robert came by, we discussed my concerns and issue. Robert proceeded in the kitchen, then to the basement, finally upstairs to the side storage areas. Robert confirmed my fears about extensive infestation. He went above and beyond climbing crawling to place bait in all the areas. I couldn’t be more pleased with the dedication professionalism and personal touch provided by Robert and Nick. Highly recommend this company!

These guys are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and good at what they do. Tim thoroughly explained the treatment plan for a yellow jacket nest, and even found another nest I didn't know about. Weather prevented treatment of the second nest that day, but when they started entering the house, he came back for treatment in less than a day's notice. Every experience I have had with them has been positive, and they will schedule you twice as quickly and for half the amount of money as the big guys.

Our home, along with our neighbor's had Bay City Pest come yesterday to spray for our aggressive wasp problem. We had a great experience. A very polite and knowledgeable gentleman named Rob serviced our home. We are now on the list for regular maintenance. I will be recommending this company to anyone who is in need of this service.

What an amazing company! 3-years ago we had a mouse problem and still the traps are working. Robert came out and did such a a amazing job. We’ve never heard of another company that pulls your appliances out and sweeps up, know exactly where to put the bait packs, and just all around pleasant to interact with! My wife spoke with Nick and he was great at scheduling and rescheduling for an appointment. They follow up right away and show up very promptly for their appointments. If you have a pest problem I wouldn’t use anyone else. They came one time and never saw a mouse again. It’s not like these other companies that try and drain you every week for an entire year to spread chemicals and sprays you don’t need. We have a newborn and a toddler and just the peace of mind they gave us is unbelievable! Thank You Bay City Pest Management for being a company that exceeds expectations for the value and price you do service for, you’re the best around!

Knowledgeable and I don't feel like I'm being hassled into something I don't actually need to make a sale.

They removed a bird's nest but whatever was done did not prevent another bird's nest being built. Bay City said they would come out to remove 2nd nest. They did not. Left message and no one returned call or came out. Have another pest control issue wanted looked into but my business isn't wanted. Unreliable.
