Best Termite/Pest Inspector in MD. I am a realtor in the state of Maryland and Hardy & Hayes has been inspecting the homes of my buyers for years. Mr. Hayes is always on time, thorough in his search for evidence of termites or pests and I am confident with his results. If there is any evidence of any type of infestation, their treatments are effective and reasonably priced. I recently purchased a new home and H&H were the only company I trusted to inspect my home. Prompt, professional and precise!!

This company was contracted through our main inspection company. The termite inspector came to the home late, acted very unprofessional and informal and barely checked any true issue. The inspector claimed that there were no options for him to see. He insisted on a $30 payment and guaranteed a written report within 48 hours. We have not received the report to date. Additionally, the inspector was extremely informal asking to be invited over to the home and previewing other spaces beyond the scope of the contracted job. Lastly, the inspector left within 30 minutes of arriving. Do not use this company.
