Horrible company with shady business practices they will try to get you to sign up for their subscription services and not show up to do the service

We have had an amazing experience with our tech Darrell! This is his third visit and he has always arrived on time, is very thorough, and takes the time to explain everything that he’s doing. He listens to our concerns, makes sure all problem areas are checked, and even asks if we have any questions before he leaves. He’s professional and you can tell that he cares about doing a great job. We highly recommend!

Brian was extremely professional and has a superb work ethic. He was very knowledgeable about what he was specifically doing and informed me that the products were pet friendly and that he uses them at his own personal home with his animals. So that reassured me that the products must be safe! I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was hopeful that regular treatments would cut down ticks an chiggers… we still have both…yesterday I saw the haphazard application and realized why it isnt working…. Terrible

Josh is always knowledgeable when he does my services. He makes sure I understand what he's doing, answers my questions with confidence and gives me suggestions for in between service. I've had quite a few techs and Josh is by far the best! Thanks Josh!

Donnell came to service my home. I liked how he called me when he was outside. He came ready with his shoes coverings and allowed me to let him know what areas I wanted treated inside the house. And then he started working outside. Very friendly and answered my questions. I like how Frontline explained to me the process and what I would expect.

My rep was very knowledgeable, professionally and kind. He explained his process thoroughly before beginning and provided a conclusion of the results of his work at the end of his session. I had a pleasant experience with the rep and look forward to continuing to work with him.

John was great as he called. I’m changing my statement not all of my home serviced and I’m canceling my service. My garage and backyard deck wasn’t touched. I guess I need to follow people around. Not happy at all. I can do better on my own. There are just a few photos

I got to meet Alvarez for the first time since I was home today and told him how many less mosquitoes and spiders I have since his first visit. I was very pleased with his service. He’s a very personable person, knowledgeable, and a good listener.

No tip from me she didn't even do the inside of the house as I request everytime. I am not happy

Tech visited my home today wed April 9 .I was hone with my girlfriend and dogs . The technician never knocked on the door or let me know he was there .I took off work just so I could let him inside to spray the house. This guy gets 0 stars and I'm going to cancel the service going forward

Had to change my review due to the technician thinking it was okay to text me from his personal phone and even send pictures and offering to pop up at my house to “drop” things off

They say they will spray inside each month and never do. Then , They say they spray outside only if we not at home…we are always home and they never let us know they there! When I insist they only to spray inside each month, Frontline says I need to call and and or email each month to tell them to spray inside…after they said they presumably came round spay only outside!! Stay away from this company!!

Our garage is supposed to be serviced and was not. Also my husband was watching from the garage and said that all he saw them.use was the cobweb duster. He is not happy.

NO ONE CAME TO MY PROPERTY TODAY OR YESTERDAY AND IF YOU DID JOSH AND HAD ON A RED SHORT AND HAT YOU WALKED RIGHT PAST MY BACKYARD WENT BACK TO THE FRONT AND LEFT! SO NO IM SICK OF THIS! 12/18/24 No william came to my property today! I'm sick of the lies!!!

Donnell work was unbelievable. His knowledge his experience with educating me about the product and He was very friendly. He was Very happy to be on the job. Very happy to apply my chemicals to protect my home from Pets. I really enjoy seeing him work, very pleasurable to talk to.

Luis patiently and clearly explained the extermination process. He zeroed in on the source of the yellow jackets, showed me the chemicals to be used, and the wire mesh sealant. Then he went straight to work after he suited up. I will know within a week if the Tempo dust worked.

Showed up unannounced to my vacation rental while guests were there. I required advanced notice and appointments when I signed up with frontline and they can't seem to show up when I make an appointment, and will also show up randomly. Unacceptable.
