Orkin

Our Orkin Tech, Josh, is great. He shows up when expected, always checks with us to see if we have any concerns or requests and is very thorough. He is respectful and courteous. Josh calls when he arrives so we can crate our elderly dog. Josh takes his time and is observant when he is treating areas around our home. The orkin office manager always calls the day before to remind us of the scheduled appointment. She is also very pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with our Orkin service

The service I received from Orkin was inferior and ghetto. In spite of there being clear signs of mice on all three floors of my home (droppings on the floor along the walls and droppings in the heat vents, on the night stands) etc., the technician placed traps in the garage only. The initial visit was on Dec 16, 2025. As of today, January 20, 2026, Orkin has not corrected the issue with no traps being set inside the house. I'll preface this and say our technicians were competent and pleasant.
