Brian was great! He re-introduced himself, this being the start of a new season. We discussed some of my concerns and he shared his thoughts, opinions. Took a soil sample to test for nutrients. Then treated the lawn, round one, of the program.

Keenan was the specialist that applied my first yearly treatment. I had requested he speak to me before applying so I could tell him what and where I wanted it. He did so. He was pleasant and polite and seemed to listen to my concerns. I hope this new company to me gives as consistent service as Bio Green did before being bought out .

After over $1000 of services lawn looked worse.

Used them for two years with no issues but this year they jacked my price by 50 dollars a treatment! And when I called her explanation was that " I dont know how you got that price in the first place ." Well I didnt give myself that price Lol! Needless to say I recieved a quote with a different company for a much better price.

2 years ago my front and back lawn was a disaster (think dirt, clumps of greenish weeds, some struggling grass). I contacted American Lawn and Tree in the fall of 2015 and gave them a try. The lawn made an immediate rebound with only the few remaining fall treatments plus their aeration & over seeding. By the middle of 2016 the lawn appeared almost totally rejuvenated - just some minor holes to be filled in. Joe, the owner, makes a surprise visit one day to review our progress and makes recommendations on how to proceed to get the best results. The awesome thing is that Joe and my normal lawn tech fully answer my questions, make recommendations and help me to help myself. For instance, Mike the lawn tech, tells me where to purchase the best seed & how to go about filling in the small areas remaining because he knows I like to fool around outside. I've followed his advice with immediate superior results. I've used all the other services and tried for years to "do it myself" but that always eventually failed. In the end I was paying money for below average results. I can't buy the same quality of treatment materials that they get, I can't get apply the same application in the manner they do it, I travel a lot and can't get the timely treatments done perfectly every time...on & on...American Lawn does all this and then takes the time to give me timely pointers on what to attend to next. Yes, I spend more now then doing it myself but the extra money spent is negligible and the results are incredible. The lawn appears full and is lush green in 2017. When friends visit they always say, "what do you do to your lawn"; the mail man actually said that he could not believe the turnaround. If you love tinkering around outside but get frustrated because your lawn looks like a war zone or you just can't get it the way you want it, give these guys a try, you won't be sorry.
