EDIT about 3 months after original 5 star review: Eric Burrell performed a "Termite, Pest, & Rodent Inspection" prior to us purchasing our house. The report we were given stated that while there was some concern regarding minor insect damage to the exterior of the home, the interior is fine, & there was ZERO sign of rodent activity. He was very friendly, but apparently quite a bit more concerned with getting a 5 star review to earn a steak dinner (mentioned several times) than actually doing the job, because he somehow missed a rat infestation that had clearly gone on for years prior, to the point that it's actually a major health code issue, full rat skeletons & insulation so soaked with rodent urine it's falling down in the basement crawlspace 🤢, as well as obvious signs of rodent entry & a large ratsnake in the attic. I am so grateful we had the presence of mind to try out a different pest company who was able to identify the issues, & who is presently doing the remediation to the tune of $12,000 ripping out all of the insulation in the basement & a good chuck of the attic in order to clean & sterilize the biohazard, whilst the weather outside is currently 30°F & snowing. Thanks PestX! tl;dr: Do NOT trust a PestX inspection!! It's honestly so egregious this inspector should not have a license. I'm chronically ill, & my fiancé has aggressive brain cancer, so I sincerely hope that steakhouse dinner was worth a cancer patient unknowingly living in a biohazard & wondering why we could never fully recover from being sick since we moved in December! Not sure how a meal from an overhyped chain restaurant is coveted enough to seriously endanger people's health, especially considering that this specific situation could have been fatal, but it's abundantly clear from this experience we don't all have morals or even standards. If you value your health or home, or at the very least your bank account, run far far away from PestX 🤬

I just had Eric at my house recently to do a treatment for rodents. He was very pleasant to work with, answered all of my questions and explained any relevant information. The whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him for any pest issues you might have!

I am way overdue for this review, but talk about above and beyond customer service, I have to!! Scott Salovich was dispatched from our hometown to Baltimore, MD to conduct the FREE pest inspection ProTech, PestX's partner company, provided to my client for my continued use of their services. Scott came out on time from clear across the state, was extremely friendly, educational, and thorough! He took the time to explain to me what exactly I was looking at, pointed out some inappropriate and unnecessary repairs from previous pest mediations and taught me some tips and tricks, things to look out for so that I can better educate my client who couldn't make it to the appointment and so that I could better assist my clients going forward! I was floored by the amount of time and effort Scott took to ensure my understanding of the process and to ensure my client's property was free and clear of pests and any potentials of future infestations. I truly appreciate him and PestX and highly recommend them for all of your pest control needs!

Eric B came to my home for an inspection. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and personable. He took time to clearly explain what he was looking for and his assessment. I found him to be straightforward and honest. I was very happy with the service he provided.

Eric was very good he got every spot I ask and even some extra and gave very good points on how to maintain in between the weekly pest control coming out and always very friendly.

My inspector Eric was very efficient and did a great job installing our termite bait stations. Colin also provided great service during our initial inspection.

Eric B has helped us deal with bees, lantern flies, and a variety of other bugs at our house. He is always prompt, polite, and shows great attention to detail.

Eric Burrell is my guy. He was very professional and down to earth on the first visit to our property. Easy to work with, explained the chemicals that were being used and what to expect. On his follow up visit, he was the same. We even shared a few laughs, some family topics, and he educated me on the treatment plan I ordered. Thank you Pestx for having Eric on your team.

Eric did a first rate job today. Professional, congenial, and really knew how to handle a yellow jacket nest in the wall of my cabin. He is a pleasure to work with, and had no issues going deep into the woods to get to the job. Price was best of the survey I made. 5 stars!

we had all of our items removed from the cabinet so that the technician could come and exterminate our little problem, all for the technician to come inside and realized he didn't bring the proper equipment. unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I don't recommend.

Eric B. did a wonderful job today. This was for my initial instillation. He was on time, respectful and he had prepared ahead of time by reading our initial inspection. The service was quick but thorough. I will be recommending this company to other friends and family in the area. Thanks again Eric!

We’ve been really happy with our pest control service. Every time Tracy comes by, he’s incredibly nice, respectful, and brings such positive energy. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, which we really appreciate. It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about providing great service. Highly recommend!

Eric's performance today was excellent. A very pleasant person. I would highly recommend him. Going forward he will be my top choice for this type of service.
