Excellent company, customer service and technicians. I had Ehrlich for years became very corporate felt like a #, gave me 4 hour windows to sit and wait for service. These guys are awesome. You can actually call and a nice lady talks to you!

Worst pest control company ever. Horrible. Grossly inept. Use them for your complex, and you can expect 311 complaints, and filings for rent escrow. They don't use professional materials (no steel mesh, no foam for cracks with bitter deterrents). Treatment for established building wide rodent infestation is two wooden traps and a single poison bait block. It's the cheapest, most inept service. Enjoy being on the priority landlord list!

Nothing was done that I asked to be done. In addition, they left the light on above the stove. Recommend someone from your home to be present to ensure something is actually be done.
The Queen B Technicians did a superior job to rid my crawl space of a yellowjackets nest the size of a large pumpkin! They explained the procedure to me and showed me pictures of the hive and yellowjackets on the spot. I now have peace of mind that the bees are gone! Thank you Queen B!

Well pest control was lined up with queen bee pest control through a third party for me. I just so happened to not be home when they came. I had to search far and wide to find the wet spots where they actually sprayed which I found 2. Was supposed to be getting some kind of seasonal treatment and what they gave me is spot spraying. It's ineffective, it's not doing a person any good, and it's dishonest. I should have had a barrier put around my entire residence my windowsills my pipes everything cuz that's how you professionally exterminate. Spot spraying is useless. And now I have bug bites all over me. Do not recommend . Shouldn't have to go behind what is supposed to be a professional company. I have spiders, ants ,chiggers, thousand leggers , fungus gnats galore, mosquitoes, and yellow jackets everywhere. If these places are getting treated twice a month none of this should be evident from day one. Matter of fact, maintenance laughed at me saying nobody's coming in there spraying no two times a month even though that's what we're told and that we get "preventative" spraying. The first indication somebody had been in my house was my chairs were half knocked over. They were a type of folding chair that was standing up. I immediately for whatever reason felt the need to check my things. So I'm feeling like this is a pattern from what I'm hearing and what I've seen of dishonesty for services rendered
Greg came out and removed a very large yellow jacket nest inside the house. He took less than an hour to make the problem go away. With the warranty, it gives us piece of mind to know the problem won’t come back. They didn’t try to upsell me or sign a long term contract.

I would like to say that your technician Thomas was great! He took his time to make sure he hit every angle in each home and even the residents said they “felt comfortable with him in there home.” I highly recommend him every time!

My landlord sends them out n they been coming here for a year or 2 now. Still have the same problem. Very unprofessional when you break something in someone's home n try to hide it. Yes they tried to hide it. I would give them no stars if i could. They don't know what they are doing or not using the right stuff. Should have to have the same treatments being done for over a year.
