Highly recommend On The Fly! I live in an old Baltimore row home and called for a repeat service after seeing my first mouse of the season. They gave me a 2 hour window, Yoni text me 15 minutes before arrival, and he was incredibly accommodating that I had to take a work call during the visit. He was professional and gave a great summary before leaving (all placements and traps working, just needed bait refills).

They make it extremely difficult to cancel service without forcing you to pay for future treatments you don’t want. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years and spending thousands of dollars, I was shocked at the lack of appreciation or flexibility. The focus is only on squeezing out more money, not on customer satisfaction. Very disappointing service and attitude. Stay away!

In effective, only one knowledgeable technician Mark. He gets 5 stars. Their treatments ineffective. So the day before they were going to send Mark. They call me to tell me he can’t come. Who knows exactly what he is doing? Probably monetary incentive for them involved. I pay quarterly not to see mice in my home . Only reason I pay quarterly. My wife is terrified of mice and 1 week ago she stepped on one!!! Let out a blood curdling scream and ran upstairs. Obviously what they are doing is insufficient. The technician they sent was extremely caring and nice but he put some steel wool under my garage door that doesn’t connect to the house and put two traps in the basement and said there is nothing else to do. My wife is still traumatized! Tim was the last straw We’ve had an ongoing moth problem. Mark has come out many times trying his absolute best and being extremely accommodating. Moths still there. Had a snake in a well window Mark put down some scram and told me it would leave. Next day the snake is sunning in the scram! Not effective. I had to trap the snake myself and remove to another area. We pay 47 dollars a month. That’s 564 a month. Last year we had a bat in the house. they came out couldn’t find it that evening were ducking the bat as it dived bombed our living room. I chased the bat out. We get spiders and ants in the house all the time. We live in the city! It’s not the boonies! Cancelling tomorrow was the last straw! I’ll try another company!

They came to spray for yellow jackets unfortunately it did not work we called a second time & because of a holiday they were unable to come when they did get back to us we had to wait 4 more days In the meantime we couldn’t use our front door I won’t recommend this service to anyone

Service quality deteriorated and it took me over a year to complete my cancellation process with them since it was not user friendly. I am seriously disappointed with the level of service (as other reviewers are too) and would not recommend.

This company is a sham. It is all about the money. I canceled my automatic renewal Nov 2024 and it is in their system. however, the come and treat my property and charge me. This was after I received an automated call that they were coming and the next business day I called to cancel treatment. Also called to confirm cancelation on the day they came. Now I am unable to get my refund. What a sham!! These are the companies you avoid because it is not about the work but only money

Told by technicians they would return within 30 days if there was still a pest problem. Called back within the time frame and they tell me no warranty with one treatment. So, I don’t understand the 30 days. I only called them because I wasn’t familiar with companies in PA. When I used Orkin in MD they guaranteed the work of one visit. In regards to your response: If I got misinformation it doesn’t seem like you're owning it. No mention of any rental rules when you took my money and your techs told me I could call back within 30 days. It’s a brand new unit built in 2023 and rented for one year. I don’t need a service plan just a company to stand behind their work.

However, I can see you had us service a RENTAL property which cannot be warrantied but those services are half price! This company has lots of good reviews and I can not understand why. We had them over twice, and they only took care of what we pointed out to them, and even so, he didn't even get it all. With both appointments, we asked for their most experienced/veteran tech - which their dispatch agreed to (via email). The first visit was some kid who was clueless and took no initiative to find things wrong on his own. He told him areas of concern, and he didn't even address everything we pointed out to him. The 2nd guy was older and completely worthless. He couldn't figure out how to get spray foam in certain areas, which we ended up having to do ourselves. So tell me, what was the point in hiring you all if your techs took no initiative to find issues on their own and didn't even tend to some areas we pointed out to the techs? Complete waste of money and time.. This company is nothing more than a cash grab. I'd give a negative score if I could.

Shoddy work that will not hold up. I contacted them for squirrel eradication in my attic in 2022. They notified me that they will remove, and also do exclusion measures so that the squirrels will not enter through the same place they have been. The work was done, the communication was alright but the squirrels came back 18 months later. When I called to inform them, they told me that the "warranty" is only good for a year. Condescending manager who does not take a customer-centered approach when asked for support on questionable work that was performed. Take your money elsewhere.
