Had their service before and call to reinstate service. The customer service was the worst experience I have had with them. Definitely going elsewhere.
I’m surprised to see so many good reviews on here because my experience, which spanned about three months, was terrible. I had birds nesting inside my wall through a hole on the exterior of the building. My unit was infested with bird mites. The folks from Absolute came out in May and gave me a quote to fix the issue. I asked for an itemized list of expenses. They said they don’t typically itemize quotes but once I got the list of expenses I gave the green light. Then the first signs of trouble…
