Zipp Zapp Pest Management

After 6 years of loyal customer service with Zip Zap I am extremely disappointed to have to be writing this review. I have recommended them countless times over the years and they have always done good work. Fast forward to 2025-I started being billed randomly with no invoice or work performed. The first time it happened I was told they "forgot to bill me" for a service 1-2 months prior....ok fine. It happens. Then they would randomly show up with no appointment at my house and try to do the service. I have a a busy schedule and was extremely caught off guard and frustrated to have some random person showing up claiming to be with the company with no call, text or appt. Then came the final straw. I was once again billed last week for no reason. No service was performed, no invoice, no call, email or text about why I was being charged. I called and texted the multiple numbers I have been provided with over the years with zero response. Finally I disputed the charge with my CC company. Then they send me some rude text saying that because I did a charge back (for a service I didn't receive mind you) that they no longer want to work on my property. Like read the room sir....I wasn't going to be using you going forward anyway! The lack of accountability and consistent operations failures apparently are not limited to just me. I reached out to several of the people I recommended them to over the years and they said they also were now having problems. I don't know what happened to this company but they need to look internally and figure it out.

Newton is extremely unprofessional, gaslights you and manipulates you to think youre the problem (trying to say you've had a problem for 10 years when infestations can happen in as little as a month) just so they dont have to take accountability to do their job. Will charge you astronomically and "claim to be there" for HOURS and still not accomplish anything. If you have any issue, go somewhere else who will actually CARE and get the job DONE with no EXCUSES.

Zipp Zapp, Newton and his team have been great to work with. Responsive, friendly and helpful. Will come and handle urgent pest issues if needed. Would recommend to anyone.
