After 6 years of loyal customer service with Zip Zap I am extremely disappointed to have to be writing this review. I have recommended them countless times over the years and they have always done good work. Fast forward to 2025-I started being billed randomly with no invoice or work performed. The first time it happened I was told they "forgot to bill me" for a service 1-2 months prior....ok fine. It happens. Newton is extremely unprofessional, gaslights you and manipulates you to think youre the problem (trying to say you've had a problem for 10 years when infestations can happen in as little as a month) just so they dont have to take accountability to do their job. Will charge you astronomically and "claim to be there" for HOURS and still not accomplish anything. If you have any issue, go somewhere else who will actually CARE and get the job DONE with no EXCUSES.
Zipp Zapp, Newton and his team have been great to work with. Responsive, friendly and helpful. Will come and handle urgent pest issues if needed. Would recommend to anyone.
