We had a large hornet's nest on site and called Orkin. The call was put through to Derek, an account exec, several days later. This company is horrible! I had service with them for pest control. They never came for my service call and lied on their report saying they came to my house and treated. They tried charging me $112.00. I was home the entire time and no one came. They were supposed to come to make sure there was no mouse activity inside the home. We have had so many issues with them since joining. They have tried to overcharge us so many times, would lie and say they were coming out and never even show up. I
