The individual doing the intake was incredible rude. Anytime I asked a basic question, he acted liked I was an inconvenience and then hung up on me. Not worth it.

They came to clean my gutters about 6 months ago and did a good job. BUT they have been spamming my cellphone with texts and robocalls every since. And there is no way to contact them to tell them to stop. And when I block the number, they just change one or two digits and persist. Honestly, I would have hired them again, but the ongoing spamming is infuriating. I will find another provider who respects my time and my privacy.

Unclear that service did not require in home work as other similar services required in home work. Service was dryer vent cleaning; no follow up Re what was found and how often recommended the service.

I used this business once and they did good work and everything was fine. However, the direct phone and text advertising has been relentless since then. They have called and texted multiple times per week for months trying to get me to use their services again. I have blocked them but they use a different number. I feel like I have to into witness protection to get away from these people. Please stop calling and texting me, it is insane 😭😭

Your guys were great. They even cleaned up leaves and debris from my small lower deck that had not yet had the leaves raked out by me. Left the outside of the hpuse better than they found it! Thanks!

Could not give me a date they were coming, despite asking 3 times. All I got was "soon". The rep answering the phone was argumentative and unprofessional! Trust me you will hear "weather dependent" and "we work 7 days a week" so much that you will want to vomit. I finally decided to go with another company. Miraculously,, the morning I canceled, I received a text stating they were on their way. I called again to tell them not to come and I already canceled that morning. The rep stated that she could not reach the crew. I called again a short time later to again tell them to make sure they canceled the crew because I would not pay for the service. 1-2 hours later, I received a call explaining the work that was done. I explained that I was not paying for the service that I canceled; therefore, I was not charged for the service. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the work was decent and the price quoted was reasonable. Bottom line... they will not tell you when they are coming until they are on their way. It will take 2+ weeks for service.

Although the work appears well done, the scheduling was not the best and thus I can’t give the best rating. I was never provided the day that the gutter cleaning was to occur so I did not put it on my calender. I did receive a text that the techs were 60 minutes away but I was unable to be at home on such short notice. The gutter cleaning and site cleanup gets high msrks.

Dryer Vent Line Cleaning: Professional team of two came to our home, did all the work from outside, very thorough at cleaning a 30 foot vent line. The job required facia removal and replacement. Took almost an hour. Super job. Left everything spotless and clean.

Neds did an excellent job, installing our new gutters. They we courteous and professional. Their prices were fair. The only thing is that they could not give us a firm date for installation, only a text that they were on their way.

Ned’s cleaned a clogged dryer vent we have on a roof dormer. The crew arrived right on time and did a great job. The appointment was easy to schedule over the phone and communication was excellent— emails and texts came in about what to expect. I would use them again. Highly recommend.

Got a text they were on the way as they were pulling onto our house. We had not even scheduled a gutter cleaning for today. majority of the leaves have not yet fallen in our neighborhood!. This company has the worst communication and I would avoid at all costs.

The techs came and left after a few minutes of being here (we have cameras), but charged us a full service price ($220+). Aside from blowing a few leaves off the roof, no other work was done. In fact, gutters were disconnected prior to their arrival, and were never even touched. After bringing this up to management, they fought us tooth and nail to avoid a refund, insisting they send a new tech to redo the work. They indicated pics of their work were always taken—but alas none could be provided to us (surprise). So of course, after not actually finding any pics, they agreed to refund all but a $90 “trip fee” (how generous)—obviously too lacking in professionalism to even eat the cost of their technician themselves. Prime example of peak complacency. Hire them if you want to pay for their tech to come out and play “make-pretend” at working.

Assessment Rewrite!! I'd like to commend Christie, Head of Customer Satisfaction at Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, for her prompt and professional response to my concerns regarding a recent service. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Christie personally reached out to acknowledge the issue and assured me that Ned Stevens was committed to making things right. She offered to send out another team to complete the services that were not previously performed. With my approval, the team arrived the very next day -- and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they address the outstanding issues, but they also went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. This prompted a rewrite of my initial rating and review. Based on the services performed I have upgraded my previous 1 star rating to an overall experience rating of a 4! Christie and team provided 5 star services!! However, my overall experience based on both visits is a 4. I would highly recommend Neds Stevens Gutter services. It was very easy to make an appointment. Once the appointment was made they were out in less than 2 days. The cleaning was fast all debris was left in a recycling bag and placed by the trash can. Ned's has been cleaning my gutters for over 4 years now. They do great work.

The two gentlemen that came out to clean my dryer vent were awesome! They did a wonderful job. They were professional, courteous, friendly and polite. They cleaned up the debris from the vent. I would highly recommend Net's Dryer Vent.

The gutter cleaning seemingly went well. Quick and efficient. The sales people I talked to on the phone were somewhat aggressive in making an appointment. One in particular was very aggressive and quite rude when I didn’t schedule a follow up maintenance right away. Other companies re-pitch gutters as part of their standard cleaning service, but not Ned’s. They offer to completely replace it for a high price. Shop around and compare prices. Update: I called them based on their response and they failed to properly follow through. They sent blurry images that didn’t adequately show the issue. Never responded when I asked for more clear photos. Deducted another star. SMH

Can’t recommend enough you go with a different company. They were unable to complete the contract because our fascia board wasn’t the “standard 1x8” No where in the contract or description of the job said it had to fit within these limited parameters. l attempted to work with them if it was a small up charge because we needed 2x8s but they were unwilling stating they could not buy a 2x8. If you believe your job is remotely difficult, go with another company. This one will find excuses to not do the work. - The owner replied to this response with details indicating they have serviced my residence. This unfortunately highlights the confusion with this company. This was an instillation for AUG 2025, I have never received a service from them and now will never. Please consider the same during your research of the company and wish anyone the best luck with any company besides Neds.

I paid them to fix a drain pipe, they broke the existing drain pipe. This caused my basement to flood, when I called them they sent another crew who saw the drain pipe and said “this is fine….” Does this look fine? Plus I found they never connected the drain pipe for an existing gutter, also caused water to come into my basement.

These guys are The Pros! On time, communicative, and attentive to details. If I don’t know they cleaned yards of muck out of my gutters, I could never tell when they were done. Everything was clean and organized! Definitely, got these coming back!!

First time customer here and will not recommend them! I expect big from them since I want to try a new company who is well known but to my experience I would not recommend them! Their guys that came to my house did not know how to communicate properly and was not very friendly. They did not clean my deck after the job was done. They were only at my house tops 10 minutes. Plus their customer service sucks! This guy named JP was so rude and was not very respectful! Thank GOD when I called back and got Jessica she helped me out and got everything taken care of. But please save yourself a headache and your money! Try someone else!

Ned's cleaned the gutter but more importantly put strong diverters to keep the water during a heavy rain from cascading over the center portion of the gutter onto the entrance/exit door of the coffee shop below. They can keep heavy snows from sliding onto customers as the sun melts the snow. Good job.

I liked my service and it was timely. It was timely only because I paid them $100 to do so so I’m not sure how timely they are generally speaking. I feel $100 was a bit excessive but what do I know? No clue how good of a job they did because I can’t see in my gutter. The pushy nature of their sales and marketing team is gross. It teeters on harassment. They pushed more services on me than I even asked for when I booked the service. I had trouble getting him off the phone, he just kept offering services. I just wanted to book the appointment. I had the same problem when a representative called to ask about how the service was. She was so pushy I hung up. I receive countless marketing emails from them. I just got a second marketing call. I have blocked their phone number and marked them as spam. I would have considered them for other projects but lord only knows what would happen if I book a second service. No thanks Ned!

These pictures were taken same day after their crew supposedly performed a “complete” cleaning. Leaves and debris remained in the gutter. I waited over a week after contacting them before posted this review due to no response received. Do not recommend.

Never again. They had me sign up for yearly service. Want to cancel. Broke the flower buds and bleached around the house and smell everywhere. Still stain on the wall. Not fully cleaned. Could have paid much less for better quality job.
