We used to use these guys about 1.5 years ago to control ants in our yard because we have so many massive ant hills on our 1.25 acre property. The guy who came (William, I believe) was super friendly and always did a good job and would let us know in advance if he was going to be late. But usually he would show up on time, say hi, do his thing, and leave. The results were not great but were ok enough that we kept using them. We started having really bad mole problems; they were destroying the entire yard. We got a quote from Destroy Pest Control and they said $600 to do the ENTIRE yard. William came and applied the treatment to part of the yard and told us that he could only treat half the yard and that we should call the office about it, so we called the office and spoke with Terry. Terry told us they underestimated the treatment and he said something along the lines of they couldn't do our whole yard at the price they quoted because they'd end up losing money. He offered to come back and do another partial treatment months later if the previous treatment didn't work. Well, it didn't work. I later found out from my wife (because I was at work when they came by to treat the yard originally) that all they did was apply mole worms or some sort of granules. I decided it wasn't worth calling them back for another partial treatment. We decided to stop using them and now I do my own pest control and I have the same if not better results just using the stuff you find at Home Depot or on Amazon. But seriously, don't quote someone, then do the work, and then after the fact tell them the quote only covered some of what they said it would. Too many businesses seem to be doing this kind of thing lately. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because William was great, and the ant treatment seemed to work mostly ok. Please keep in mind, this review is for services provided (or NOT provided, in my case) about 1.5 years ago, but I wanted it documented in case it's a current and continuing trend that people should be informed about. But for all I know they've turned things around and wouldn't engage in this kind of activity anymore.

Darryl saved the day on a holiday weekend! We had a pest emergency the Saturday before Labor Day. My previous pest control company said they'd have someone come out on Wednesday but we couldnt wait that long. Darryl showed up that evening, evaluated the situation, fixed it and educated me in the process. Destroy Pest Control gave us the peace of mind we needed!

Spring is here! Let me save you money and time. Call this company if you want to work with incompetent, lazy, unprofessional, and ignorant people. Do the job yourself or call a knowledgeable pest company like terminix or other big names who will come in educated and see the issue immediately and provide real solutions that get rid of the pest.

Everytime they help us, problem is addressed immediately. They don't play games. They eradicate the issue.
