I have been experiencing mice in my home for 5 years, Owl has not been able to get rid of these mice, the staff come in put down those sticky things which don't work and roll out, why isn't a solution being put in place, this is ridiculous not satisfied at all, they don't do well with the exterior either, outside there are rats the size of a small kitten how long before they make there way in, it's crazy!! I am in a apt complex that they service

Poor customer service, unfortunately getting worse and worse, we are looking for another contractor to take care of our properties, tried several times to communicate and no improvement. Definitely no recommended :(

Delonte is such a polite person and extremely thorough with his work. I have received several compliments from my residents about the change in service and how they love his attention to detail. My maintenance supervisor and I only have great things to say about him and we both are always pleased with the service received. I also would like to compliment my sales representative, Lana Shell, for working with us to get started with Owl. She stays in touch and checks in with me to see if I am ever in need of any additional services, which I greatly appreciate.

This gentleman Tayvon has come to my apartment at Howard crossing has always informed me about my pest issues and always shows that he cares. Hopefully he trains All new employees to be as helpful as he is. I’m in unit 3114-C. Thanks for great service that he provides.

OWL has been a reliable contractor, working with our building for several years. The managers immediately come on-site if we had any concerns to make a plan. Their "urgent action" tickets are instrumental and help us address work needs or housekeeping. This helps us resolve pest concerns. Satisfied with their services.

Tavon comes to my apartment to service and he does an Horrible job. He’s very lazy and rude. When I asked why he wouldn’t put any poison down to kill the mice he responded with “I don’t get paid enough for that”. He continued to argue with me and he left dead mouse behind my stove for months!!!

Keith from OWL Pest Prevention has done an amazing job for the complex I work at in Fairfax. He never disappoints and explains what is going on if pests are found. He is very kind and always helps out the tenants. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of his job. I wouldn't ask for anyone else to be helping at my property!

I can't say anything about the service itself, but the guy who drives the car with the sticker on the side is a jerk and I would never ever use their service because of it. He's self-righteous and thinks he's above other people apparently. Not sure who that guy thinks he is, but if you don't want to deal with somebody who has an attitude problem, I would look elsewhere for pest service. There are plenty of four plus star places and this place only has 3.7 stars to begin with so I wonder if it has anything to do with how he treats his customers. If somebody is this abrasive, then I definitely wouldn't want to do business with them because they probably don't run a stand-up company either.

They receive a one star from me. Because when they came and exterminated my apartment, the exterminator went to my bedroom first before he did anything else. Instead of him taking his trash with him, he used my trashcan that I don't even use that Never had a liner, his trash is still sitting in my trashcan the one that I BOUGHT for my home that I don't use. That is not a part of what they are supposed to do go in somebody's bedroom peeping into their private personal space. I felt very violated you may wonder how do i know you may because I saw it on my camera. I don't trust them.

I am delighted to give Owl Pest a 5star! We have worked with them for over 8yrs, we have no negative reviews about pest. They help us control the pest & notify us with Urgent Action Forms when we may need to visit and address concerns in a unit. Any property that thinks gel alone can resolve infestation will be disappointed. It's team work they service we follow up, seal, deal with housekeeping. We have used their dog for preventative service. We received great service and any minor concerns were addressed along the way. We are very happy to have them in our team

I called them and they told me they would be here shortly after 12. At 11:40 I leave the house with my 2 cats and bearded dragon as they cannot be in the apartment during treatment and for 4 hours after. I call my complex around 2pm to ask if they had come and gone. They hadn't. My apartment calls and they said they would be here by 3:30. Well 4pm I call and they still hadn't come. At this point my cats have already been out of the house for over 4 hours and we're anxious. We couldn't afford a pet daycare so we had to sit in the car and keep it running for all this time. Apartment calls back at 4:15 and says they just pulled in. I'm assuming they'd be done by 5 because the first treatment took about 30-40 minutes. We come home at 9 and there's a note on the door saying we can't enter till 10. So it took them well over an hour to complete what took less than 45 minutes 2 weeks ago. I go to set my mattress back up and 1 quarter of the mattress is completely soaked with the treatment spray, and now I have nothing to sleep on. Clearly they can't keep to times which is a necessity when you have pets and jobs. They almost made us reschedule but I can't do another day like this nor will I put my pets through this again. I am extremely angry and disappointed and now I won't be sleeping because the floor isn't an option as it also has spray on it..

I am not sure where this occurred as we deal with the management companies at each property and sometimes scheduling miscommunications can occur between Owl, the management, and ultimately, you the resident. Happy Tuesday! I wanted to pass on a compliment to one of your techs Mr Michael Scott, I have lived in my apartment building for now 3 years, barely have any problems with insects, bug or mice. But, when I do... I call the management immediately to address. To my surprise, I have always receive a visit from Mr. Scott like today. I must say that my experience with Mr. Scott is always pleasant, professional and, too his knowledge of information shared has always help me to dismiss any issues that could lead into a long term issue. I am been bless to receive and too follow his instruction to the tea. Without Mr. Scott, I believe that I would have relocated a longtime ago, listening to other tenants and their issues. I now know if they would have take the time and follow the instructions given by Mr. Scott maybe their apartments would be free of creatures. Mr. Scott is a God given angel for those who resides in apartment buildings too, sharing that my home is free and safe from anything that doesn't pay rent. Thank you Mr. Scott for being the best customer service employee to your office and too, us renters. I truly appreciate you for your kindness, patient and professionalism. Being that I am a county employee dealing with an array of citizens myself you are the best and deserves everything coming your way... Hint; A Raise, Recognition, A Couple Days Off with Pay and too, A Outstanding Recommendation for any future position. Hopefully by the praise of God with your positive spirit, opening and running your own.

Do NOT do business with this company at all, and if your apartment complex uses them please consider hiring someone else. Their employees have no respect for your property, they will go through your belongings and break your things without saying anything. When you call to request compensation for the items they’ve broken (with proof) they laugh at you and hang up on you. If that’s not bad enough they leave a mess after they’re finished and don’t clean up after themself.

One of their employees almost hit me with their truck while I was in the crosswalk (with the walk sign) in Rosslyn. I called the customer service line and they said they would they would give him a call, but they did not even attempt an apology, hence the one star review because of their adding insult to injury.

A couple days ago a lovely man by the name of Michael S. came and serviced my apartment. He was extremely thorough and kind and truly deserves a raise/bonus. He made sure to go through the home multiple times and TOLD us what the issues were. He discovered a large hole in the second bedroom that was patched up the next day. Landmark Apartments Rental Office let your company in my apartment without telling me. However if this was a pest control service it was not done professionally. The man only went in my kitchen as my cameras show. He never sprayed by the window in the living room where most of the time ants come from its getting hot but WHY DO I HAVE TO TELL A COMPANY THAT SMH......Anyway it show that he was leaving but he stopped to look at all the pictures on my wall. He stayed at one picture for a minute or two. Then he came back and flashed his light on all my family pics WHY?.....He left my kitchen rugs wet and the floor was very wet WHY?.....Why didn't he spray the bedroom? Why didn't he spray the hallway? Why didn't he spray the living room? I care less what Quest Corp or Landmark Apartment paid. That was unprofessional and you have some strange men working for this company. I tried to upload the video from my home footage 4/18/2019 11:39am but I can't however would love to send it to the owner email just reply here. I would never use your company.

Poor trained staff. Technician placed the rat poison in the areas, easy accessible to anyone. My dog ate it all. Apparently rat poison attractive to the dogs as well. Good thing I’ve noticed that and took the dog to a vet clinic. Owner/manager of Owl Prevention Michael paid the animal hospital bill, but partially. Made us sign a release form, which doesn’t make sense and now disappear when we asked to take care of payment in full. (Medication etc.) Nothing so far. Not really good customer service. At least make sure your people know what they doing.
